Sadly, no. In GTA IV, there is the only one, but I believe that in GTA V the FD has a different siren that the police cars.

People'll still play it, for example, when GTA 5 came out, did people stop playing 4 and SA? No, they just played it still. Nothing'll really change in my opinion.
