Thank you for your interest in these uniforms, these took me a while to make including tryng as hard as I can to make them HD.
About:
I' introducing the CHP Peds that replace sheriff for people who have a full CHP Game or replace the sheriff cruiser with a CHP Vehicle. This also includes a enhancement for the hway_cop, which is the regular SAHP Officer, now CHP.

Instructions:
 
INSTALLATION:
Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory.
In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf
Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files.
Right click in an empty space, and the Import OpenFormats
Navigate to the folder you put the 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' into, and select the 'Vehicles.oac'. Proceed to click OK

- There is a fix for all Orange lights on Staniers, just install that "Amber lights and Clear Lightbar" mod.You need to replace the files inside the .ytd files. The tutorial from FirstThirtyMinutes is very helpfull. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYWbyPj7Fso (You can find the mod in the description as well) And you maybe need to replace it in multiple files (i needed to do it in Patchday3ng,Patchday5ng and x64e) It works for the sheriff,the undercover car and the normal one.
