That would be a pretty nice light, the few lightbars of that style for gta iv that are out there have bad light and reflection.

Something using the suicidal person callout system: A small hostage taking; a guy with a weapon aiming another person, you'd have to reason with the suspect and if it's condition turns unstable, he will try to shoot the hostage, the time would slowdown and you'd have to shoot him before he kills the you or the victim.

Yep, the model has got some texture fail; you have to have the textures high to see them relative good, but I'm working on some textures, I'll release soon. In the picture the papd version (still wip), I'm looking if I find what font what they use, and here's the CHP version I've made: -

There isn't any '77 Monaco/Fury out there for GTA IV, there's just 71 Fury and 74 Monaco, that are totally different cars Myself I prefer the Fury, are almost identical, but I had some time ago a experience with one and since then I'm in love with that car, besides it really looks badass But a police version of the '74 Monaco is also a good idea, CPD used a lot of them, and NYPD used '75 Gran Fury, that similar model than the '74 Monaco...

You need GTA4 installed and updated to 1.0.7.0. Just download lcpdfr from the downloads section and install.

I've made this, for if you're still looking for one, as just an example; would be nice with the cops theme and maybe an animation of movement and a lightbar flashing in the back (I don't know making that:/)
