I use Bandicam, it works, but meh. Shadowplay uses variable frame rate which messes with my premiere pro.

This, and you could also use a real life department for ideas, and add on to it, I wouldn't do it with a large department though, that'd just be silly. There are many possibilities with fictional packs. -
