Reinstall BLK HWYCallouts and JMCalloutsRemastered and link new RPH log if the problem persist.

Your RPH log doesnt give any error. You might wanna change your mod folder to "_mods" and try again.

You run Rage Plugin Hook with "Load all plugins on startup" or "Load these plugins on startup"? If so, try change your mod folder to "_mods".

Did you do any edits in Ultimate Backup for peds? I would recommend reinstall ultimate backup. Or install any texture for police? If so, you might need to change it in Ultimate backup XML file.

Also change PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000.

Inside Rage Plugin Settings, make sure you change Plugin timeout threshold "10000" to "60000".

I would remove one plugin at a time and see which plugin causing the damage.

Update RAGENativeUI and see if it works.

Remove HeliAssistance.

Change your mods to _mods and play again, if crash re-upload new rph.log

Upload picture of your files in Gta V folder aswell upload RagePluginHook.log inside your Gta V directory.

Go to your Gta V directory, and find RagePluginHook.ini and change the value of PluginTimeoutThreshold=10000 to 60000

That just half of it, send all of it. Just drag it and send it. From that error you need to install the latest .net framework.

Send RagePluginHook.log inside your Gta V directory.

Drag your RagePluginHook.log to the message box and send it (In Gta V directory)

Link the RagePluginHook.log into the message box and send it. Try aswell change your mods to _mods and run again.

Remove police SmartRadio and install it again. You should use Stop The Ped to call for tow. Dont remember the default key for it, but check the .ini
