Are you tired of hearing "IN, UHHHHHH"? Tired of "DIS BOBCAT 4 EN ROUUUTEE!!!"? So was I. So I fixed that. Better Dispatch Audio (B.D.A.) includes completely new AI Responding Audio (from NFS Most Wanted). Calling for backup (and Helicopter Support) will trigger this. Ending a callout from Albo's "Assorted Callouts" or "Traffic Policer" and finishing up with "BetterEMS" will also trigger new audio, changing "We are Code 4, no further units required" to "All Units you can clear this call, return to patrol". Pursuits are much more immersive. This has been a several weeks long process, with restless nights, and my 1'st mod. I'm happy to release it here for the community. If you are installing LSPDFR 0.4 for the first time, we strongly recommend that you do so on a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V without any other mods or plugins.

INSTALL:
All you have to do is download and install the vehicle models(Linked to below).  Then, run the installer.
Open the installer with OPENIV! (Right click on it, open with... OpenIV)
INSTALL THESE VEHICLE MODELS!:

INSTALL:
This is a long one... But it's worth every second! 
I will be uploading an install video soon, so check the link below and subscribe for updates! 
INSTALL: 
It's pretty basic, all you need is OpenIV, you can find it online if you don't have it. 
1. You will need to download the CVPI Model! Intstall it the way it says to, but first rename the files from police to sheriff. Ex. "police+hi.ytd" becomes "sheriff+hi.ytd". etc. This is only a texture. 
2.Now, navigate to, the place where you installed the CVPI, From there, open sheriff.ytd. 
3. IN the police.ytd folder, you will see a file that looks similar to the texture file included. Replace it 
with the file provided (OPEN IV MUST BE IN EDIT MODE!) 
4. For the uniform, put the file in the OPP Uniform folder in this location: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\ 
This will add the player Model 
5. You can find the links to the cars below, next, move on to the tahoe. Once you follow the install instructions for the tahoe, replace the Tahow_Skin.png file in the 
files you just installed, with the one provided, just like the CVPI. 
6. Put the OPP Bike files in this location: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf 
(BIKE IS STILL WIP... CUZ THE BIKES ARE REALLY HARD TO TEXTURE!) 
6. You are done!
