  2. You can install them on the newest update, patchday11ng (or newer if there is one, idk) and they'll work. You can replace any car in game this way.

  5. Posting a support request here. I read the manual and checked that all the plugins are updated. I tried a custom custombackup.xml (below) as well as the original one. There might be some bits in finnish, so ask me if you need help with them. Here's one line I found: Tiedostoa tai kokoonpanoa CustomBackupLocations, Version=2.2.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null tai jotakin sen riippuvuutta ei voi ladata. Määritettyä tiedostoa ei löydy. In english: A file or composition custombackuplocations... ...or some of its dependencies can not be loaded. specified file was not found. CustomBackup.xml CustomBackupLocations.ini RagePluginHook.log
  6. I'm not gonna bother doing any quoting on this one. The custom backup mod should work as a temporary workaround at least. I tried it, but failed to get it to work on my PC. Still, I'd love the lspdfr mod to not decide the loadouts on its own so there wouldn't be need for complicated mods, as they can be too difficult for average users.
  7. Mine is pretty much these two mods you linked, combined together. They also only affect the non-lspdfr AI cops. What you said about agency callouts, It seems like it only affects the player. The point is that the AI cop loadouts spawned by lspdfr should be customizable.
  8. Hello everyone. I've been tinkering around with the loadouts.meta file with intention to release a "unarmed cops" mod for those looking to get a UK-type experience. I was able to get the normal cops to use batons and tasers when chasing you, but inside LSPDFR all of the cops are always armed, no matter what it says in the loadouts.meta file. I tried to add a weapons thing (like it is in the "custom backup" mod config file) to the backup.xml file of LSPDFR, but they still show up with pistols when I call for backup. Would it be possible to make LSPDFR listen to the loadouts file in the next (or later) update? It's frustrating to try and play with brit cops, just to see them go full 'MURICA on my suspects. Thank you for reading my idea and have a nice day!
Moved from windows 10 to 7 and kept the game installation on a secondary drive. Game didn't want to start and this thing helped me fix it. A great little helper!
  9. 6300 should perform just fine. Just download the game and try first without ENB. If you get great FPS, install the ENB. If not, maybe keep going without?
  10. Oh, right. the 750ti should be good with gta for years. About ENB I wouldn't be sure as it only has 2gb of VRAM which is essential to such mods. Here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lVOrlZtkNc is a video demonstrating cry enb v2 on a 750ti. If I was you, I'd go without enb as it would potentially get you some of that smooth 60 fps goodness.
  11. Could you anyhow save up a little more money? Then you could get a radeon R9 280.
  12. Pentium 4? GTS 450? I quess 20fps.
  13. So is the game really 55gb like it says on the steam page?
