GPM has an unlocked CVPI you can use with no lights on it, as well as a charger that has a FS Vector on it.

How do you get the spotlight to come on? I tried it in game and there was no spotlight, nor did I see one in zmodeler.

Those are already modded. More variety in the police cars without having to edit all the cars again.

With the update to OpenIV, It's becoming insanely easy to add police 3,4 and b into standard GTA4. if you're running the regular GTA4, LCPDFR (and dashcam, for that matter...) doesn't recognize these extra cars as vehicles. This becomes slightly annoying if you're trying to play as a highway patrol unit, you can't use the radar portion of Dashcam, and you can't use your incar police computer. so my question is this: Is there a way of tricking LCPDFR into thinking you're running EFLC or to support the extra vehicles?

This project sounds amazing! I really hope it gets released. I'm so sick of my cars fixing themselves/other people using ELS to fix their cars in pursuits. You have no idea how many RP Situations I've been in where the 'baddie' takes a cop car for the sole purpose of ELS fixing the car constantly.

I run a 6970, but have a intel core i5 650, so I don't have any sort of texture loss on high settings, I do get crappy framerate due to the processor.
