Change the 5th line to what ever vehicle you want it to sound like. policeb, policeb, bike, POLICEB, NRG900, veh@bike_chopper, NULL, 100, 999, 0.2294, 0.1987, 0, 4, 1.0, 0 noboot The 5th part of the line tells the game the vehicles in-game name, and what engine sounds/sound effects to make.

The ability to police would be my favorite.

I don't mind the way SimCity is setup, I rather enjoy it the game. I got it about a month after release and the servers were somewhat stable. I also like the idea to run a city next to a friend, I think that concept is cool. Just wish some things didn't rely on having an extra player to do things.

It's because the trafficflow2.dll (and trafficflow.dll) is not looking at trafficflow2.ini, it's only looking at trafficflow.ini. This is why it will not work. Unless Sam sets it up for the user to edit which .ini file to look it, this will not work.

From my knowledge, you can not run both dll's at the same time. The game will crash. I have no idea how you are if you're telling the truth.
