I tried your commandline and it doesn't work. The only time I lose texture is when I enable LCPDFR. I use the Automatic Install version if this helps. D

Yeah Episodes from Liberty City. Brain Fart Both GTA IVs run perfect. Texture Loss is my only problem D

Not sure if it matters or not but I'm able to run both GTA IV and GTA IV Liberty City Stories.

I've had some problems with texture loss. I didn't have any Car Mods installed. Here is what I installed: LCPDFR GTAPolicingTools Police Helper METT/Coroner Mod(With Van Mod installed but uninstalled later. No improvements) My GTA IV Graphics and Settings are all default and I did not edit them at all. Below are my PC Specs I've encountered Texture Loss before but sometimes it was minor and sometimes it wouldn't come back. I tried commandline.txt and it worked but decreased my graphics. Are my Specs terrible and need upgraded? Any other fixes I could try? D

Can't download 1 at a time. Also, is there a Ped Mod for Chicago Emergency Services aswell?

I seen a topic awhile back for someone looking for a Chicago pack and Sgt. I personally could care less what you do in your freetime with those "wanna bees" and if you think they are just Weekend Warriors think of the ones who perished protecting you and your Freedom of Speech so you can bash them all you want WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN SERVED. Until you have actually served in a Branch of Service in the United States Military: US Army, US Marine Corps, US Navy, US Air Force, or the US Coast Guard don't fucking bash the people who protect you. They might only train on the weekends but they are one of the most deployed Units in the Military. And those other people? Unless they have served they ain't got no room to talk.

I believe you are right. Kids are smoking weed younger than they should. I've heard of kids LOWER than 9th Grade but there's still alot of 9th Graders smoking and it's all the talk about EVEN INFRONT OF THE TEACHERS. It's the environments they are around, they may have not been raised properly and disciplined. My personal experience is that my parents did a damn good job raising me and I've got my future planned out for me. I'm currently in US Army JROTC and I will join Public Safety next year. Parents need to discipline their children but obviously they aren't doing it. Some of the kids who smoke have deadbeat parents or they have never been there for them. Most of them will either end of in jail, shot, or die from something else. It'll be their fault and no one can change it, and my school has tried to get kids to change but they just won't listen.

I was looking at the AST Clan videos, and I noticed that youtuber uses a Weapon Pack that is AWESOME. I asked him and he said its on gta4-mods.com and I've looked but couldn't tell which mod pack is what. If you recognize it I'd appreciate it if you'd point it out! The topic might seem odd to some, heh.. But I figured I'd give it a shot. I've never really seen alot of 1940s Modifications at all for ANY Grand Theft Auto, so I figured I'd try here because I've been seeing some mods popping up with 1940s involved. I'd like to know if any of you could start putting links or names of some 1940s mods in the comments I'm thinking about trying to use 1940s Modifications for my game from now on LOL. Dakota

@Officer I know exactly whats wrong. What you are doing wrong(if you have TBOGT) you need to get on it to use the FIB Agents you want And if you play the Regular GTA You get the agent you dont want. You can extract(If you have them) the EFLC Cia Ped and rename it to the fbi/fib name and replace it! PROBLEM SOLVED!
