I tied that it didnt work as well
While its loading up

i recommend loading it automatically via ragepluginhook
 
make sure under -> Plugins -> Load all plugins on startup is selected
 

ok, rename your mods folder to _mods and see if you still get the crash. Post another log if it does crash please.
 
EDIT: I think I have an idea.... Go into the EUP Settings inside the Plugins/EUP folder. Edit the setting with notepad and add a modifier key Example: MenuToggleModifier=LShiftKey

How did you reinstall EUP?

Try doing a fresh install of uniforms, the menu and anything else related or recommended on the EUP download page 🙂

You changed sth in your config from countycallouts, which is wrong:

No crash in your log, post another ragepluginhook.log after the crash.
 
 
 

If you use Ultimate Backup, try deleting the Smart radio folder in plugins, take a copy first. I've seen this wok for some people. I don't know why.

I am having the same problem hope someone knows....
Just did some digging around the forums and found this: Are you using NVR?  If yes, go into the dlcpacks in OpenIV and go into NVR emissives.  Delete pranger.ytd, sheriff.ytd and firetruk.ytd. 

The only way I've found to do it is:
 
-Open SparkIV and locate pc/models/cdimages/

-Double click " pedprops.img "

-Search and open (the original) " player_p.wtd "  

-scroll down and replace the texture with " p_eyes_diff_001_a.png "

-Click save, and quit.

Just used it in game. Works fine, pretty fun and adds a lot of realism.
 
If you set up all the traffic stop commands, you can end up saying "License and Registration" and the occupant will hand it over. Really awesome.
