Sheriff texture failure

Hi guys, everytime I load the game, the sheriff car looks like this.

All other cars and textures are fine. How can I fix it?

Just did some digging around the forums and found this:ย Are you using NVR?ย  If yes, go into the dlcpacks in OpenIV and go into NVR emissives.ย  Delete pranger.ytd, sheriff.ytd and firetruk.ytd.ย
