Confirming what stumpje said, it works on both disk an steam version of Gta 4. Also it's always best use a fresh copy.

I did the Marine Corps Police for episode 14, enjoy. I am sick so that's why my voice is low and crusty.

It's really weird how the game Madden 15 did a simulation and they were spot on... Even predicted who caught the game winning touch down!

To be honest when you get the hang of it, installing mods is a breeze. It just takes a little time to learn. Like when I started I learned most of the things by myself through tutorials and what not.

i misunderstood the question, I thought the op wanted more cars to use...

You can basically add any extra car slots to the game, you just have to edit a a lot of different files for it to work properly. So I could add a police18 if I wanted... There is one problem though, since Gta 4 being the wonderful port that it is, it's probably not in your best interest to to add a ton of other car slots.
