AMERICA IS NOT THE GREATEST COUNTRY... I am American
LOL. This topic is just going to turn into a "My country is better then yours because..." flame war. What do you even hope to accomplish here? This is an opinionated subject and we don't need to crush the international-friendly environment of LCPDFR's forum. I've been on forums where people absolutly hate each other simply because of their country. We don't need that here.

Two pastors cited for feeding the homeless
I can understand why this is a law. I have nothing against helping people because you don't know their circumstances, but the last thing I want are a bunch of smelly homeless people laying outside of my house. I support this law, because it makes perfect sense.

LCPDFR and Internet Security
Yes, this would allow LCPDFR to work normally as long as it's the same installation. If you re-install LCPDFR again(Download it from the downloads section), you'll run into the same problem again. This will allow LCPDFR to work, though it can also cause other real minor threats to go undetected as well. These can add up and slow down your PC altogether. There really isn't any way around this, it's just a con to having Norton internet security.
-
LCPDFR and Internet Security
LCPDFR is completely harmless and safe, Norton considers it a threat because of it's requirement of access. As long as you can run LCPDFR fine without any problems with Norton, everything is alright. I don't recommend disabling intrusion prevention, as this makes your PC more vulnerable to real threats.

U.S Elections
I agree, what a shame we're starting to become. I remember back then, if anyone disrespected the United States you'd have a shit storm to deal with. Now we just bend over and take it from whoever. Still, don't underestimate the military might of the United States. The United States is essentially the most powerful nation in the world, and there are lot's facts that can help prove it.

U.S Elections
Ignorance in the voters is what's fucking this country all the way up. I hate to be so blatant with it, but it's the ghetto truth. Most people consistently vote for a particular party, regardless of what the intentions of the party actually are. I'm also baffled at the fact that people actually buy into that "This guy is bad, so vote for me" garbage on television. It never ceases to amaze me at the raw ignorance of American voters. I consider myself an independent. I don't dedicate myself to a single party. I vote based on what I like to hear, because usually these politicians don't follow through. There is a quote that I enjoy hearing; "Politics are for people who are obsessed with what other people want to do with themselves."

Should Parents Be Allowed To Beat Their Children as an Act of "Discipline"?
Yep, American jail isn't meant to punish you to the highest extent of the law for all of eternity; As it may be in other countries. Jail is meant to teach you discipline, respect, law and order. The "If you break this law, this is what will happen to you" type of mentality.

Should Parents Be Allowed To Beat Their Children as an Act of "Discipline"?
No mama AHHH AHHHH *flops across the floor because I'm getting my ass beat*. I didn't mean it mama!! (LOL). OT: This, I agree with 100%.

Should Parents Be Allowed To Beat Their Children as an Act of "Discipline"?
Yeah I get where you're coming from. I'm not challenging your opinion, I'm just stating my own. According to this site, the vast majority of parents don't believe in beating a child.
-
Should Parents Be Allowed To Beat Their Children as an Act of "Discipline"?
That was rather odd. Thanks for the heads up. True, but I just don't believe that beating someone teaches them any good morals or values. I say, "Yes sir, Yes ma'am" because it's the right thing to do. I'd rather do whats right because I know that it's right, then do whats right because I'm afraid of getting beaten.

Should Parents Be Allowed To Beat Their Children as an Act of "Discipline"?
Child acts out in class, using vulgarity against his teacher. Child comes home and parents beat the child to the point where the child feels pain, but isn't bleeding or permanently damaged. Child talks back to mother, mother pops the child in the mouth. Child gets in trouble with the Police, mother hits the child when they get home.

Should Parents Be Allowed To Beat Their Children as an Act of "Discipline"?
Should parents be allowed to hit their children for misbehavior? According to this website, here are the statistics. I've also posted two comments from either side with an explanation. You'll see what I mean below. 32% Say "Yes", Parents should be able to hit their children 68% Say "No", Parents should not be able to hit their children Yes -------- Sometimes it's the only thing that works If a child is playing with matches and about to drop a match into a can of gas, you don't calmly ask them to stop what they're doing, then put them into time out. You smack the match out of their hand and THEN tell them why it's bad. Sometimes, physically punishing your children is the only thing you can do to get the point across. If EVERY generation up until recently hit their children, and the world didn't end, then why do we suddenly think it's so bad? It isn't and people need to get over their PC crap. No -------- No! As a matter of fact, never. I mean, I was spanked as a child, and I still think it's wrong. Now listen, they do it because they want their kids to behave. But the parents don't realize that they're going to grow up to be abusive people. That's just wrong. These parents deserve to be in a mental hospital. When I grow up, I'm going to be a good parent. I don't want to be enemy of the kids, I want them to be good people like me, but abusing is not going to help. http://www.debate.org/opinions/should-parents-hit-their-children-for-their-misbehavior

LCPDFR and Internet Security
Follow the instructions step by step, and it should be easy :D First, open Norton so that you're on it's main interface. You can open Norton by double clicking on the small yellow icon in the bottom right corner. The interface should appear as a medium sized window, with four separate boxes; "Security, Identity, Backup, Tuneup". Secondly, click "Security" and the box should move upwards and allow for more selections. Click, "Manage Firewall". After clicking "Manage Firewall" five options should appear. These being, "General Settings, Program Rules, Traffic Rules, etc...". Click "Program Rules". A list should appear, with four categories: One is blank, with icons below it for each file or program. Another says "Trust", another says "Program", and the last category should say "Access". These are all programs that Norton is currently monitoring, and whether or not it has access to your PC. If it's set to "Auto", then Norton will decide itself whether or not to allow the program to run. Scroll down the list until you see something named, "Diagnostics Tool". It should also say that it's location is, "....Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVLCPDFRLCPDFR Diagn..... Once you've found "Diagnostics Tool", modify it's access. Change it from "Auto" to "Allow". Hit "Apply" at the bottom, and you're good to go! You can close out of everything. If you re-install LCPDFR, you will need to do this again. You have now given LCPDFR Diagnostics Tool permission to do whatever it wants. Any questions, please quote this post :D.

Mexican Court Orders US Marine Reservist Released
Well, I think it's obvious that we aren't going to agree on this. Thanks for keeping the debate clean and mature.

Mexican Court Orders US Marine Reservist Released
Well looking at it from Mexico's side, I see an opportunity to arrest a White America Soldier, who's obviously unintentionally broken Mexican law. If you do research on this situation, you'll find out that Mexico spent more money on imprisoning this American, than they have the past month. Taking a wrong turn is a human mistake because it happens to everyone, and can happen at anytime. I've turned down a wrong street several times in confusion. I do agree that he broke Mexican law and deserved to face some sort of consequences, but I disagree that there wasn't a hint of corruption and evil intentions with this case. Illegal immigrants have no excuse for entering the United States illegally. They should know what they're doing, and why they're doing it. Entering a country illegally isn't a human mistake. Entering a country with ignorance of it's laws, is a human mistake.

Mexican Court Orders US Marine Reservist Released
I was making a general statement, not citing an actual event. I'm sure there are hundreds of Mexicans that have blatantly broken laws and the Police ignored them, or didn't put forth any effort in bringing the criminals to justice.

Mexican Court Orders US Marine Reservist Released
I'm not sure what you're referring to, I've covered several points in my comment.

Mexican Court Orders US Marine Reservist Released
Well first, I disagree that people "lack in balls" to say it directly to you. You opted yourself out of the debate, and that signifies that quoting you would be pointless. So rather than include you on a discussion that you've dropped, we talk about your opinion freely between each other. If you'd like us to include you on our comments, then I'd suggest you not drop from a debate while It's still live. I disagree, this article is based solely upon personal opinion. He broke a law and faced the consequences, yes this is obvious. What I have a problem with, like I've said about 10 times now, is that this soldier was imprisoned almost instantly when he broke this law; Yet how many other Mexicans have broken laws just as bad and received no punishment? Common sense should have told the Mexican government that what the soldier did was entirely accidental, and it was a simple human mistake. Why would an American soldier drive into Mexico with guns? It doesn't make any sense, and it could cause an international conflict. All it takes is a single wrong turn, and you're headed down a one way street deep into northern Mexico. This soldier also asked the Mexican Police if he could return to the states, because his intention wasn't to enter Mexico. Not only this, but the Mexican Police violated Mexican law in the way they treated this soldier. If they would have just let him turn around and enter the States, this would have never been a problem, and it would have been best for everyone involved. Imprisoning him accomplished what? What lesson did it teach anyone? What message did it send internationally? That Mexico as twisted priorities, and wastes countless resources on one man?
