I had installed a fresh copy of the game and then installed ELS V8. I had the same issue. However I put ELS V7 in and then it worked fine. I changed back to ELS V8 again and then it worked. I think there is some file missing from 8 that gets added when you install 7. Hope this helps

I've been LCPD FR and GTA IV for quite some time now. Recently my game would decide when it wanted to spawn a vehicle, sometimes it wouldn't allow me to. I was running .95RC2R2 and ELS 7 at the time. I had switched to 1.0 and ELS 8 but the LCPD-FR 1.0 made me crash more often so I went back to the previous version. I still kept crashing more often then I used to and cars wouldn't spawn when asked. I removed all mods and uninstalled GTA IV and re-installed it. I was able to play a few missions without any issues but when I add LCPDFR-RC2 R2 now and ELS 8 the game starts out fine but then right when I start to move the screen goes black. The game still runs and if I can make it out in to the street it you look at the sky it is still blue but you can barely see anything on the street level. Is there a fix to this? Never had this issue before until I re-installed everything. Thanks for the help and suggestions.

.This is my texture pack of the Minneapolis Fire Dept. made by me. There are textures included for an Engine, Ladder, and Heavy Rescue. There are a couple flaws in the textures which I tried numerous times to fix. I.E. on the Heavy Rescue for some reason in the front corners where it meets the side it won't texture on the very corner. Otherwise on that vehicle I moved the writing on the side of the truck over so it is no longer covered by the lights. Seeing the recent release of some DC metro police and Secret Service textures I decided to create a texture for DC FireEMS ambulance. I plan on next working on textures for a firetruck as well. **The Logo on the side of the box is a bit smaller than actual size because I had to work around that light. I know this is not perfect and I looked at different pictures of DC ambulances to create this. Any and all suggestions and comments are welcome. This texture is for KevinDV's FDLC International Durastar Ambulance. Unfortunately it was on GTA Modding Chest which has been closed. I only created this texture and make no claims to owning or creating the model. Please do not Edit or Upload this texture to this site or any other site with prior permission from myself.

Hi- I am in the process of making a texture for the police bus http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=304 but I am having an issue with getting the texture onto the windows and also on the back where the black vent is. Does anyone know or have suggestions on how to get this to work? I tried removing/making white/making transparent the bars over the window but then it is just windows and the textures don't show up over the windows. Any suggestions or advice would help as I am not a modeler. I just make texturesskins. Here is the skin on the template but when i apply it to the vehicle the top part doesn't show up because the windows block it. http://www.lcpdfr.com/uploads/monthly_12_2013/post-13142-0-32532900-1387121083.png ^^^^Also if someone is able to get these issues figured out. I have to move the logos on the back up to above the stripes as that is where it goes, but currently I have it low so it will show up. THANKS for any suggestions.

After this is released could you add a bucket to it as well for a tower ladder -
You can have dual sirens. Press the button you have set for the manual siren. While holding it down activate the siren and you should have dual tones. Press the key to scroll through the tones to changes. wail/wail wail/yelp, etc. Also if you change the keys to active your sirens via els while they are active if you press G or the siren button on a controller the horn and siren will sound.

This is a release of my personal collection of the Fargo, ND Police Dept old and new paint scheme. I know the font is not correct on the old scheme but I can't seem to find the correct one, if I do I will fix it. I did not make the models in the pictures, I only made the Textures. The Crown Vic is best using one with the Arjent Lightbar. This is a custom texture for the ambulance service that I work at. It is based out of Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN and we cover Cass County ND and Clay County MN. Texture is for Lt. Caines E-450 Ambulance; Download link: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2234 The rear lighting is exact as to my service but I didn't make the model which is fantastic as it is. To have a better effect make it red and blue for the lighting textures and clear lenses of the lights
