  1. It's 'Thank you for COMING, see you in hell', those drugs are really doing you up, huh?
  2. Firstly, don't worry, you're not a noob. Secondly, I doubt you need a clean copy, just make a backup of your GTA IV and install 1.0 over it, the current LCPDFR doesn't actually put much into your folder so you SHOULD be safe (unless a bomb really does go off in North Korea, in which case we're screwed). P.S. Sam is evil.
  3. Why not try some of mama's fine freshly baked skunk fart? We're having a discount you knew, and free-shipping.
  4. Don't think you should fret too much over instability, thats solvable. Don't think you should change you're plan on buying the hardware you listed, seems fine to me.
  5. Really nice idea to use that blur! Its nice and simple, so I might try making it myself for my channel.. of course if you'd allow me to use your idea ;)
  6. Some vanilla, some modded. Sometimes I just can't resist the allure of real cars, like the Mclaren P1, Lamborghini's and other exotic vehicles. I also love CVPI's, Taurus's you know, the usual police cars. Most of the time though, like Ineseri I use modded default vehicles, or original ones by Thundersmacker.
  7. GTA 4 never crashes for me without good reason, and I use a NETBOOK (but its overclocked and has a cooling pad). Instead of buying new hardware, just try and solve the crashes, and actually read the error message, it's there for a reason you know.
  8. Just gonna throw out a random solution here: take it to some repair store or something cos atm you seem totally screwed.
  9. Silly admins. You know there's a sign there and why its there, because who else would've made that sign....?? Not sure if this particular conspiracy theory has already been said, cos I didn't even bother reading all the pages lol. And nice discovery King Kong
  10. Its just blue and yellow squares or a stripe. How hard can it be?
  11. I've been using both for as long as I can remember, and the game runs fine, but pretty much everyone else says that you can only have one or the other. So out of curiosity I'd like to know whether anyone else can do this too or if I my luck is overpowered.
  12. Your 'definition' has been turned off. To turn definition back on, go to graphics settings, you'll see the definition switch at the bottom.
  13. What are the names of all the peds you can choose when you begin LCPDFR?
  14. Thanks all for the detailed posts! I think iv'e learnt enough now, and I'm new here so someone close this topic or lock it cos I've not the slightest clue whether I do it or an admin does that.
  15. I know this is kinda going off-topic, but can any of you imagine what'd it be like if that bug was never found?
  16. Well, glad that's cleared up.
  17. I know but.. is that it?
  18. Now, I've never actually downloaded ELS as it just seems to me that all it does is give you flashing lights, but upon reading the ELS V7 release announcement it was mentioned a few times that it's 'revolutionary'. That got me wondering, 'cos a flashing lights script doesn't seem at all revolutionary, so basically, does ELS having function other than emergency lighting?
  19. Use the Extreme Low Graphics mod with the GTA IV for FPS Laggers mod combined with a good timecyc, and remember, Google is your friend!
