    Beautiful pack but it crashes and I have everything installed it crashes as soon as I spawn vehicles

    You need to downoad a program called openiv How To Easily Install Police Vehicle Textures - Step by Step (GTA 5 LSPDFR) - YouTube click the link to that vid. I am not familiar with vehicle packs but textures are easy to install.

    Hello People. So I have a question. If Someone made textures for a department for private use, and I decided to make my own for public use, Is that ripping that person's work? Or am I entitled to make items from the same department that is owned by neither of party?
