@fatfluffycat Yes, ENB and ReShade. If there is enough interest, I'll be releasing my my preset soon. @SeaHawk14 They're all available on 5mods, the Embraer is a recent release by CANAL EMBRAER GTA. (Skins by me - again if there is enough interest I will release them). It's actually a MD-80, just pulled forward a little. @SerekgPL Thank you -

@Wayne George Thank you! Alex got it, it is indeed Lundy's LAPD & LASD pack. As to the problems you're having, have you installed the vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta that come with the pack? -

@Virzza thanks :) - I am currently using VisualV as a base. I have tweaked the visual settings; and am also using ReShade and ENB (my own presets). I'm planning on releasing these soon.
