Hello, I am very new to lspdfr, but I have it all installed and I have some cool "essential" mods that I have been playing with for a couple weeks. I was looking to get into new vehicles. I downloaded a couple and implemented two of them into the game. They cars work but the lights don't seem to light up on any of them. I hear the sirens but the lights aren't lighting up. The one I have has several light bars but none of them work. I believe it might be a problem with the way I am installing them, IDK?? Also, on some of the vehicles, the lights seem to always be on but not flashing, they're just a solid color (red & blue). Please help!
Thanks,
Please can you give some more information?
- What vehicle mods are you using?
- Are you using ELS? If so are you using / correctly installed the VCF?

vertical black and grey lines ad then 5 seconds later what ever sound there was will turn into a looping buzz.
This sounds like overheating. A screen with black and grey / black and white lines is windows telling you your PC is hot.. and I mean hot.
Check for overheating. Check for dust build up inside the case and around the fans, particularly around the CPU and GPU.
Have you recently updated any drivers?
What version of windows are you running? -

Are you by any chance using safer chases by Eddlm?
Some of those plugins you're using are not officially supported by LSPDFR 0.3.1 ( some of them have not been updated for use with the latest version of LSPDFR and RPH).
I'd first make sure that all of your plugins are up to date, and (I know boring and time consuming) putting your plugins in one by one and see which one(s) you're having issues with. Sorry I wasn't much help.

Not off to a great start, I'm guessing you didn't read the disclaimer (which you would have accepted) before creating this thread.
1. You're posting this in the wrong section.
2. As @xAzDKr said you need to be much more specific.

Hi @OfficerHotStuff21
Can you confirm which versions of the following you are using?
- Scripthook V
- GTA V
- RPH
Judging from the last screenshot, it looks as though you're not using the latest ScripthookV which supports game version 618.
On another note, I'd highly recommend you store your downloaded mods in a seperate folder and not your root GTA V directory. -

UpdateAh glad I'm not the only one with these problems.
@pjrthefox - thanks. I'll give that a go.
I didn't realise the new version of RPH came with the counter measure for DLC vehicles. TrainerV uses a work around to spawn DLC vehicles in game so the RPH option isn't actually needed for all those also using TrainerV.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**UPDATE**
The problem appears to be RPH conflicting with either TrainerV or ScriptHookV itself. It has something to do with the way in which DLC vehicles are unlocked for SP use in game, as I believe they each use different methods of doing this.
**THE FIX**
Thanks to @pjrthefox - make sure that you select the following in RPH advanced settings:-
You can still load LSPDFR at startup - I have tried and tested.
Crashes have disappeared (for now) as long as 'Disable counter measures...' is selected. -
Afternoon,
I'm hoping some of you might be able to help me shed some light on a strange crash I seem to be having.
Before I go into detail about the problem, I thought it might be useful to provide a checklist of my current setup.- Basics
- GTA V (Retail - Build 618)
- LSPDFR 0.3.1
- RPH 0.37.885.6928
- ScripthookV v1.0.678.1
- ScriptHookVDotNet v2.5.1
- Scripts / Misc
- BVA V1.50
- OpenCameraV
- OpenInteriors
- TrainerV
- LSPDFR Plugins (all up to date)
- Arrest Manager
- Assorted Callouts
- AutoPursuitBackupDisabler
- PoliceRadio
- Secondary Callouts
- Traffic Policer
On to the problem... whenever I am patrolling 'Route 13' / 'Senora Freeway' the game crashes, I can be playing for hours, but as soon as I hit Route 13 the game crashes. The first time this happened I was using Police Radio, so naturally I removed this thinking it would fix the problem but it hasn't.
I have tried the following, but none of these have fixed the problem:-
- Clean install of LSPDFR and RPH
- Vanilla game running LSPDFR and RPH
- Removing all LSPDFR plugins
- Removing Scripts
- Removed all car / texture / graphic mods
Any help is greatly appreciated.
VWk.

@Cyan - Thanks. Looking forward to a solution.
Sorry to bump this, I'm still unable to upload.
Any suggestions? I've tried chrome, firefox and ie.

Scratch that, must have been something to do with chrome, all working now :) -

Hi guys
I'm hoping you might be able to help me solve an issue I've been having trying to upload to the mods section. (I have searched for info in other threads).
I am currently trying to upload to the following category: GTA IV - Audio. When trying to upload; I get the following error, 'You are not allowed to upload files to this category'.
Error code: 3D286/1
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks -
Update:
YouTube Video - LCPDFR - DSO - very brief overview of the sounds.
Unfortunately I can't seem to upload on here - hopefully it'll be up for download shortly. -
[WIP] Dispatch Sound Overhaul
This audio modification changes the dispatch sounds in game when using LCPDFR - all locations are now true to life NY, for example:-
LC NY
Firefly Projects Brownsville
Rotterdam Hill Clinton Hill
The Exchange The Financial District
Westminster Chelsea
These are just some examples, I have modified over 590 sound files ( areas, vehicle category, streets, directions, conjuctives etc).
I probably should have released this a long time ago, truth be told, I forgot about it.
Cut to the chase - is there anyone wanting / willing to try this and make a video? (This mod is ready for release, but thought it would be better with a video). -

Thanks! I'm running HDMI right now, but the 970 does have Display Port options. As for right now, I have the stock cooler in. I have a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO that I am intent on putting in. I wanted to see how effective it was, so I figured I would run the stock for a week, then compare how cool the new fan runs.
Ah, great choice - you really can't go wrong with the 212. I used one in my previous rig for 4+ years, didn't fail me once. I used it in a push-pull configuration with corsair SP fans, definitely kept my ( at the time AMD FX8120 ) cool.
You'll 100% be running your i5 at lower temps with the 212, obviously the benefits of this being you could look into oc'ing your CPU in the future.

New Vehicles with bad lights and file help

You need ELS for the lights to function correctly on that vehicle (link below). I hope this helps.
