Man, are you using some commandline for the GTA IV on your laptop? If yes, try removing it, or it's "-availablevidmem" line... If that line is set in 2/3/4 or whatever, the GTA will show you fake available video memory... Anyway, your laptop may shows more memory but it doesn't means that's better, not if it's an integrated video card (for exaple: my laptop shows 762MB of available video but it gives only a 120 total aprox.) and if your desktop PC shows even less video memory than the laptop, it may run GTA IV much better cause it's better all hardware... That tweak is only for windows startup.

Thanks for your reply, but this is not about settings, I already have a good commandline btw and I didn't changed anything on my PC, everything was fine... This problem has to do with my GPU, I f***ed it up and now can't play IV, my laptop reboots or shows like salsdjflaskdgjkjsdkf in the screen (GPU fails) after 20 seconds trying to play :(

That's it... my s**tty laptop restarts aftar playing some seconds GTA IV and I'm tired, I definitelly can't play LCPD:FR anymore... This sucks, I feel sad, angry, mad... no money to buy a good PC, it's over... God...

When I press alt+o or alt+i, nothing happens (it worked to me on .95 RC2 but not on 1.0)... Only alt+u works for spawn hats.

Alt+i and alt+o doesn't work anymore on 1.0, at least to me..

What about LCPD:FR 1.0? only Alt+U for hats works... Where are the cup coffee and radio?
