Just to add on here, you do not need ScriptHookV to launch RPH and play LSPDFR. Just remove the files included in the ScriptHookV download and you should be able to play just fine.

not sure if it will work or not but read through it and give it a shot if you want

you have to downgrade to game version 1493. Im not sure how to do this though. someone on twitter (not sure if they are right but) said scripthook v should be updated between 12/16 and 12/18

if you have scripthook V its not updated yet so you cant play on the latest game version yet

I can see he did connect to the Teamspeak server.  Forum PM would have been a better idea, but oh well.
Regardless, I'm working on compiling LSPDFR against the new RPH just now.  I probably won't be able to do as much testing of it as I'd like to, but it is what it is.

Being a criminology student, I'd like to know from different people around the world if you are satisfied of your country's police officers. I would appreciate it if you post how long the training takes, what the selection criteria are (for example highschool diploma) and your opinion.
My opinion is that police training and selection is of great importance if it comes to having competent and decent police officers.
Being a belgian, I must say that Belgium sets a bad example. Our LEO's only have one year of training and the selection criteria are just too weak. This means we have a lot of police officers who are poorly trained, who are above the community and not part of it, who don't know our laws enough and who aren't interested in explaining and preventing crime.
This leads to situations where my brother was fined for riding on the back of a friend's bicycle by a very asocial officer who didn't say a word.
That is why I chose criminology before becoming police officer in the first place.
Please try to keep things civilized and answer sincere as my thesis is approaching and I am thinking of evaluating the Belgian police education and comparing it with others.

Anywho, whenever I do ALT + P, the screen becomes blurry. The mod works fine and all that, but it's like I'm drunk. It's quite annoying. :(

I apologise if this has already been solved, but I had a look/search and couldn't find anything. Is this a bug still to be fixed?

The P key is tied to "Definition" so just press P after Alt + P to undo it that or disable the P key.

When is going to be s stable 0.95 version without any crashes?

Finally i fix it and know i can play about 1 hour or more, the only thing i did was to reinstall "REPAIR" !

I have same problem, but i do not use ELS either but it still crash after 20-25 min.

Switched to ELS v5 from v6.
Did not work for me either.

Ok I fixed the problem (well my problem, others may varie , mine crashed when runiing ELS add ons)
So what I did was I removed the dsound.dll (remember to back it up) from the gta folder and replace it with ASI LOADER 1.0.2. (which i think is a dsound.dll file also)
I'm using ELS V5 and so far so good, no more game crashes. Remember to back up your file(s) you remove so that way if the fix doesn't work you can put things back the way they were until you find the correct fix. hope that helps

And is your copy of GTA IV pirated or bought?
