Specs below, also, Nvidia GeForce GT 630 4GB ram graphics card, two weeks old

It is legal, Retail, I am running as admin, installed title update 7 (latest patch) from rockstar, am using LCPDFR 1.0, DDopler's 2014 Battenburg Vehicle Pack, London Peds, Traffic Script Also, I have set LaunchGTAIV.exe to run as admin however when i right click and select the properties of GTAIV.exe (the security catalog thing) it does not have a compatibilty button

Note: The second one if smaller because I cropped it where the 1st one finished ;)

So everytime I fly any helicopter, with or without mods, it... lags/stutters/doesn't fly correctly. It is very annoying and I can't find a fix for it. Someone suggested turning of the Windows Events Log but that didn't help. So.... can you help? total

So I got a mod but I messed up the folders a little bit (:D), thus I uninstalled it. However, I reinstalled it and I cannot change the graphic setting. Now it is set with absolute 0/min. settings and I can't change it. Help?! I have changed the GTA IV folder settings from Read-Only and turned this off however every time I do that, I check its properties and it is still set. It says I have 2044mb system memory, only 244 is used and apparently this is too much. I think it might be something to do with the new 4GB DDRM graphics card I installed today. Thanks for any help, total

Ok but would u still recommend the GeForce gt 630 with 4gb seeing as I have a low budget? My current one has half the specs of this one but it runs gta iv with only a bit of lag, so yes or no? Thanks Total

So, I've been wanting to buy a new graphics card because I have a gaming PC with 8Gb ram, 856GB free space but the graphics card is crap - a 1GB GeForce GT 630. I've been looking around and I saw another version of the GT 630 but with 4GB: the Asus Nvidia GeForce GT 630 Graphics Card (4GB, DDR3, PCI Express 2.0, HDMI, DVI-I, VGA, Nvidia PhysX Ready, Dust-Proof Fan). I've been wondering, seeing as it has 4GB, weather this is a good/reliable card and if it would run GTA IV smoothly at least on medium settings? Thanks total

Following my recent post I've decided to buy a new memory card as I've discovered that this is the bottleneck of my system and is lagging GTA IV. I have the GeForce GT 630 and I want to change this. Can someone suggest a card that could easily run GTA IV at medium/high settings at around the £35 mark please? Any help appreciated, thanks total

I've had to uninstall this a couple of times (due to mods) and I've noticed the game does eem to lag, even though I have very few games and I have a gaming computer. I've looked at the min requirements but they aren't helping. Can someone teel me if my specs (below) are enough to run the game? BTW, I have 850gb free space

How do I call N.O.O.S.E Air Support? Pressing F10 in pursuit does nothing and pressing Alt - V just changes the camera mode

OK, just a few issues probably caused by me :): ​Tapping T once, twice etc. does not show or let me fire the taser. Why? I can't always press ALT - E to call in a pursuit

Ok, so I have tried about 5 different ELS NOOSE vans now but everytime I select them it says it has replaced the Patriot (the normal Patriot, not the NOOSE Patriot) and it always sinks into the ground and moves about. I can't get out and it goes upwards... help! BTW, I use Spark IV to install them and I am not comfortable with Open IV because I f***** the game up last time I used it.
