  1. Skins Not Working,

    I have recently installed LCPDFR for GTA IV on my PC and I've been running into many problems with getting skins to work. I heard that you can use OpenIV or SparkIV to get the skins into the game, but when I open the program up I just get a notepad with a bunch of random code. From what I have seen, it's not the right property you need to use to open the program. Where do I open up SparkIV, or OpenIV?

  2. LCPDFR and GTA IV, Not Working At All

    I recently installed Grand Theft Auto IV on Steam and installed LCPDFR and put it into the GTA IV folder in the SteamApps folder on my PC. While I tried to play GTA IV on Steam, it kept coming up with an error saying, "SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]" What might be the problem for this and how can I fix it?
