GTA V Not Launching
Thanks for your help, but nothing happens. The mouse just spins for a few seconds like that my PC tries to load something, but that's it. I also tried to do what you said this way (https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/205778987-GTAV-PC-General-Troubleshooting-Installation-Issues-Crashes-Freezes-Poor-Performance), but that also had no effect.

Thanks for your reply! I checked my gamefiles and also compared to a friends GTA to verify that I have the same files. The result is that I should have all the necessary files to start the game. I also removed all mods and mod related files to check if the mods caused this problem. But this is also not the case. I attached a screenshot of my "vanilla GTA", maybe you see any missing files.

GTA V Not Launching
Hello, yesterday I suddenly had the problem that I can't launch GTA V anymore. When I try to start it nothing happens, sometimes I also get a fatal error a few seconds later. Before I tried to start it via Rage Plugin Hook. There I saw the "RAGE Plugin Hook Loading" icon for about 15 seconds, then it suddenly disappeared. I always start it via the GTAVLauncher.exe and not the GTAV.exe. I excluded the GTA V folder in my antivirus software, so this shouldn't cause the problem. Thank you for your help. Best regards Roman

Hello, honestly, I do not like the Highway Patrol Bike in GTA V. Therefore I would really like to replace this Patrol Bike with the Highway Patrol Crown Vic. Can I just replace the files with OpenIV or do I have to do anything else the adjust the handling and so on?

What are your thoughts on the very first version of LSPDFR? What would you like to see in the future?
Thanks for you reply. I already have these plugins and I meant something little bit different. Like in vdH PoliceHelper for LCPDFR it would be nice if there are these world events I mentioned before and you notice them while patroling. Otherwise patroling is just like waiting for a callout or for a traffic violation.

What are your thoughts on the very first version of LSPDFR? What would you like to see in the future?
Some points I would really appreciate in future version (if they are not mentioned yet): Improved backup units: Very often I call for backup units and they just walk around and do nothing (except for pursuits). Especially when I have callouts like "Gang related violence" this is very annoying. Also it would be nice if you could call for backup before you reach the crime scene. Or maybe the API developers can do anything that multiple units except me will automatically respond. But when I call for backup in such callouts they should just act like bodyguards.The player should be able to do first aid before EMS arrivesEMS and Firefighters in the backup menu.During a traffic stop you should be able to select lower and higher citations (e.g. 10$, 20$, 50$, 100$, 200$, 300$)I don't know if this is possible, but it would be great if you can put on a warning vest when you need it, e.g. when walking on highways.Spawn Barriers, Cones and FlaresCreate checkpoints like in LCPDFRYou need to collect evidence in some callouts. It would be also nice if you need to secure the crime scene and then call the FBI to investigate and you keep away the civilians and search for witnessesI don't know if that is possible, but there are many areas on the map where it's difficult for an ambulance to come there. So maybe somebody can create a skin for a rescue helicopter which can be dispatched to the sceneWorld Events: I think this is the most important point because focusing on traffic while patrolling gets a bit boring with the time. There are some GTA V related "world events", but I would like to see more different events. Just some examples: drunkard, burglar, fight, sexual abuse, insult, suspect putting a fire, unconscious person, tourist asking for a special location or for a picture etc.Some points might be more interesting for API developers and I hope they will read that to. Oh well, I should keep using the phrase "I already tried Google!" to avoid this kind of comments... However, I already found that and tried these workarounds, but with no succes. I will try these steps again and hope for some other replies.

No more missions
Hello, for a few days I can't make any progress in the GTA V Story. Im stuck at 17,9% and nothing happens. I spend some time in doing nothing and I also tried to call several people, but there is nothing to do. The last mission I completed was the one where I had to tow the red car. And from this point nothing will happen. Thanks for your help!

Mods and Multiplayer?
Hello, I read around a thousand times that it is NOT possible to use Mods in GTA Online as it is not permitted by Rockstar. But I saw already saw some videos where people acutally use mods during a multiplayer session. And I also saw some mods which support multiplayer. For example in the description of the "Train Simulation Mod" is written that you can use it online. So, is it just not allowed by R*, but technically possible or do the servers prevent users from connecting? And one other question: Is there a trainer which works with Rage Hook, so I don't need another scripthook?

Alright, thank you very much for your help. When I am the host, everything works. Only when my friend hosts the game, we have this problem. But that's okay for now and we try to figure out what's wrong with him .

Alright, I didn't saw the installer first . Now I can connect to the host as you can see in the screenshot below. But when I am connected I get another error in the helpbox. I attached another screenshot for that. The host has forwarded the port UDP 1337 and did that also in his anti-virus software (Kapersky).

Thanks for your help. We both installed this fix. When I start the setup the microsoft self-extractor appears and asks me for a folder where I want to unzip the files to. Thereafter I get another message that this happened succesfully. Do I have to anything else in order to get this fix working? I still get the same message, when I try to connect to the host.

We still have the mentioned problem that callouts and all that stuff are not synced. It doesn't matter who the client or the host is. It always says that we are connected succesfully to the host/master server. We both forwarded the port UDP 1337. In the release thread is written: Apparently I cannot find this entry in the LCPDFR.ini. I also attached a screenshot where you can see what happens when I try to connect manually to the host. We also can't deploy our tasers. But therefore it is quite stable and we can play for maybe 30 or 40 minutes without a crash.

Could you maybe do a detailed description on how to set up a multiplayer session as a host and client with pictures or a video? I find it quite hard to do that because I always think one little mistake destroys everything... Me and I think also most others here would really appreciate that. Thanks in advance!

LCPD:FR 1.1 Multiplayer issues
Hello, today me and a friend of mine downloaded LCPDFR 1.1 and we wanted to try out the new multiplayer features. When we start a multiplayer session we both get the message that we are connected to the master server. If we start LCPD:FR we don't get the same callouts and if I (as host) accept the callout, he can't see the suspects and so on on the radar. As I understood all these things should by synched now. reloadscripts didn't helped at all. Does the client has to connect while I'm in the lobby or may he also connect when I'm already ingame? Only 4 Different Types of AI Cars
Hello, I have a little problem with my GTA IV AI traffic. Only taxis, police cars and normal cars are to be seen on the street. On of type of the normal cars is always the car I use. So, if I drive a banshee for example, there tons of banshees on the street plus the other mentioned cars. I have only LCPDFR, ELS v8 and some police cars installed. Thanks for your help!

GfWL Server Status
Hello, is there any website where I can see the current status of the GfWL servers? At the moment I have some problems with playing multiplayer with a friend. Do you also have these problems? I already looked on support.xbox.com and they seem to have some problems with their servers, but they say it's only related to Xbox One and Xbox 360.

MP friendly ELS cars
Hello, some cars in the download section have in their description something like "MP friendly". Me and some friends have three car mods (al the same), but we still get .NET Runtime or SMPA60 Errors. We could now avoid the SMPA60 Errors, because we had a friend who kept ramming objects and houses which caused the game to crash. My question is now: Do you have any experience and tips for MP fiendly cars (if possible with ELS)? Thanks for your help and please dont post "It doenst work" or so, because there are tons of videos where people play for an hour without a crash. How do they do that?

GTA IV crash on startup
hello, I just reinstalled LCPD:FR 1.0c and tried to start the game. I can see the intro and the Loading screen, but then it crashes with the message "GTAIV.exe has stopped working". I have a legit copy of GTA IV 1.0.7.0. The windows event log stated a .NET Runtime error followed by an application error. I have .NET Framework 4.5 installed and I also tried to reinstall it with no succes. Also the LCPDFR Diagnostics Tool cant find my .NET Framework Installation even if I have it installed (I installed the version from the forum, so its only 4.5 and not 4.5.2). I also tried to remove AdvancedHookInit.asi and I also installed the taser manually, everything with no succes. How to setup GTA IV for multiplayer (with LCPD:FR)
Hello again, today we just installed LCPFR, ELS, Simple Native Trainer 6.5 and 3 cars. We all get a .NET Runtime Error followed by an application error after a few minutes.
