BPM is the only one so far to have a "proper" interceptor because he doesn't care about people and their work, he just cares about making money from Youtube which literally sickens me. The reason why nobody else has done a proper one yet is because they most probably have respect for the original authors and refuse to steal/rip his work.

That's the problem with people nowadays. They see mods they like, they download it. They enjoy it. They notice a bug, start whining. Without even THINKING of the volunteer work of the author behind it. When people download a mod they don't even consider reading the ReadMe. Not knowing who's behind the amazing project that has been made. They just download, play, downrate because they noticed something they don't like, and complain. So you guys go ahead use a thief's mod as Bollocks said, but he's right. I am glad to hear someone still does think of us. But being proud of a thief for ''publicing a great model'', I'm not even gonna spend words on that.

The majority of gamers don't care and won't miss it. 

Because, none of the console gamers care about LED lighting, they want to do crimes and kill people, not be a cop. Most probably don't even know what an LED is.
Rockstar can work on other aspects, such as improving multiplayer or enhancing graphics instead of wasting time on a feature 98% of the GTA population won't even care for. It's all about the money.
