LOL.The Charger model is not clearly visible from the back,in BG.No matter what charger you'll use,anyone would get attracted by the skin.I did,too.Thats why I made it.He,clearly,wanted the skin.And why are you so mad? For most of the straight forward downloads,it works like a magic wand.I don't think anyone will be against this great application.

Just open your vehicles.img in Spark IV and click on edit (with the desired wtd selected),import desired texture on anyone of them. EDIT: Hey kjel,thats my line,buddy.

I recommend using GTAIV Vehicle Mod Installer.Makes it so easy for me.Get it here: http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1110242/8 It auto detects files you want to install icluding handling,carcols,vehicles,handling lines,etc. Works like a charm for me.

No.You need Open IV to do that.Place the desired file in GTA4 directory anywhere and you can open it with Open IV.Spark IV doesn't support these kind of requests.
