Well, it's all about the funding and size of the department really :) I personally would like to be on my own with back up not too far away.

I believe all RCMP patrol cruisers use one man cruisers. A lot of departments in Florida do the same, it's more cost efficient and you can have more cruisers patroling :) Also, they might not have to money nor the size for partners.

What's up with the 100% cross-fire situation between the officers? Also, just search for 'Unmarked Crown Vic' and you should find a similar set-up.

Of course they are :D I love the car, and your livery is great and really accurate. However I decided that I'll make my own LCMPD livery (I love liberty-fying everything I use) :) On the front of the hood it says 'Metropolitan Police' however I did remove it :) -
