Read the title of the video, it's a demo-vehicle, not a 'real' cruiser. All the LVMPD's Crown Vics that are seeing action on the streets are using the FS Vision 'full-halogen' or LED w/ halogen version. -

Oh yes! ^^He's doing their latest Crown Vic, which is their 'new' Vision - The white domes are rotators the rest are LEDs.

During this year's Black Friday, the Broker-Dukes TWP Police had to respond to numerous fights in-progress at different stores throughout the Township. The Broker-Dukes TWP Police asks everyone to take it easy and not fight over goods as all parties in the fight will be arrested and charged with obstruction. Based off 'Middletown Township Police Dept.' (PA) Hopefully y'all had a nice and calm Black Friday :) -

Their next 'main' cruiser is the new Utility PI, however I do believe they're also going with a bunch of regualr PI's as well :) -

I love the FHP (Duh!), however I do love the Alaska State Troopers due to their extremely nice uniforms, cruisers and they seem like one of the most professional agencies out there - However I've never been to Alaska so that's just from my "internet experiences" (Hehe...). But I can tell you that the FHP (From my experiences) are really professional too.
