As he says this, yes, I installed Grim's Pack with Fashlight's on them, But, to get the Flashlight with the light on your M4 or a gun not a handgun, you need the flashlight mod since you aren't using this pack You need the flashlight mod, I do think Grim's pack is better.

Well, Lightbar is not for me, but for skin, I have made many but not release them, I reccoumend Paint.net Witch you can download here: http://www.getpaint....d.html#download and then a template for a police car and, the rest are hard but watch this youtube video: Hope it helps!
