  2. Well, the way I see it, he is a silly fat man-child that got his power because he was an heir. I don't wish to take him seriously, especially when he has made hollow threats towards countries before.
  3. I would highly recommend both an i5 and the 750ti. If you can't get both, get the 750ti for the time being.
  4. Not fully true. You can build a pretty decent rig with an i3, but for IV it won't cut it. IV is really CPU intensive at times, even more than GPU intensive, so having a good processor certainly helps the game's performance. If you run the game fine now, and you throw in a 750ti and an ENB, you would most likely drop 20-30 frames*, depending on how much FPS you average now. *compared to no ENB with the 750ti
  5. I don't think they would ever do something that ignorant, as they would be wiped off the face of the Earth in retalliation.
  6. I can tell you for a fact that most computer shops would do this for you. One of the videos someone posted on this topic, which has a guy named Carey Holzman in it, he actually runs a computer shop business himself, and does builds for people. That's just an example, i'm sure more local businesses would offer the same service, but there would be a labour fee.
  7. I run IV fine on 8.1, not sure who you've been getting your information from.
  8. Are you blind? Multiple people gave you legitiment reasons why some of us don't include pictures in our downloads and you continue to call us lazy. You're just dense in the head, man. Not trying to sound like a dick, but if you are going to start a topic to complain about something and not hear the other side of the argument, don't start the topic at all.
  9. Seriously, would you like some cheese with that whine? Anyways, it's not our job to tell you/show you what the mod looks like after you've downloaded it. You saw the pictures on the download section and decided to download it. If you want to see what it looks like, throw it in OpenIV really quick. It's not too difficult/time consuming, and there's certainly no need to start a whole topic over something as silly as your laziness. Sorry for the double post, just noticed this comment after posting. Phill, I believe you misunderstood his complaint. He is complaining that modders, such as myself, don't provide pictures of the mod in the actual .rar or .zip file you download.
