I agree with you mostly. It seems that if you intimidate someone just even a tad bit, or have authority, like say, a police officer, they'll comply with you. People, wake up and smell the coffee. Just because they're police doesn't mean every single thing they do is right, and it doesn't mean that every single thing they do is for your safety. There are corrupt cops out there, that infringe upon your rights, whether this be because they are ill-informed on the statutes themselves, or otherwise.

I'm not calling anyone ignorant for that reason. My reason is that they fail to see why we have our side of the opinion here, and why we wouldn't just give up our rights because they're the police. Also, when did I compare a cell phone warrant to a house warrant? I don't believe I stated anything corresponding to that at all.

All of you ignorant (not stupid, ignorant. Yes, there is a difference) people that say you don't have a problem with LEOs going through your cell phone, just wait until it actually happens. I'm sure when you're face to face with this problem, you would want your rights not to be violated.
