    I had him build it for me. After it was done he and I agreed to let a few others use it for development. It is featured in the ELS testing video as well. For now you could go to gtapolicemods.com where carper has released a very nice cvpi. The same cvpi that is in the most recent photos in my gallery. The one that has a sandy shores skin on it made my getinmybelly0627
