I can load eupmenu thru F4, says its loaded. pressing F11 EUPMENU.DLL crashes

same issue F11 does not show on the screen. F4 says the plugin was loaded.

KATE - i do have Law and Order and Search and Rescue installed

2- using f4 it will tell me the plugin has been loaded, ingame after pressing F11, it will flash quickly and my character will change but the menu will not appear. 

3 - rawcanvasui was not in my directory ( there now ) i will try it again

I am able to loadplugin eupmenu.dll via F4 command.  When pressing F11 menu does not appear. I have reinstalled Eupmenu and installed latest ragenativeui.  any help would be greatly

F11 eup menu worked fine yesterday, this morning F11 no longer brings up the EUP menu. Ive reinstalled the eup menu.dll FILE and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated

When i do this there isnt the Ladder 

use the command prompt ( ~ ) type spawn fbi / or whatever file your ladder is

have you tried the safe start ?

when joining a multiplayer game for 1.0D, i get a pop up that immediatly causes me to crash

"welcome to lcpdfr multiplayer, the master server is not available ".....

this causes an instant crash

EDIT - I am able to play MP when this pop-up does not appear.

when pressing CAPSLOCK i get three options

cancel

evacuate area

stop traffic

is this normal ?

Please release !! 

update : it appeared other callout plug ins were affecting this one. i removed all others and used thr command ( ~ ) and i am seeing no further issues.
