I'm going to down load the pack as it is now of this site, and see if I can duplicate the problem. DM on discord, and we ca see if we can figure it out. I downloaded and installed the pack as it is now. The game loaded no problem. I was able to spawn each vehicle. There's a link on my profile for my discord channel, from there, DM me. I'd like to get to the bottom of this and get it working for you.

In the vehciles ELS xml file. Find the sound section. For ELS Vehicles to work and look best, you should use a visual mod. Radiance V, is a good one, I'm sure there are more. I used to use it. I edit my own now. Here's a link:

Weird. The one I use works just fine. That car is an older car. I must've lost the template then. I can try and make another one at some point
