  1. i managed to fix it myself. I had to install all drivers from the motherboard disk.
  2. Hey guys, it's me again, I have yet another problem :( After my last problem of GTA 4 not reinstalling, I had to reinstall Windows. After this, I had a problem with a driver which took two weeks to fix, and now it's working properly, I tried to install GTA 4 again. The install process worked fine, until I tried to run the game, when I encountered a problem: Fatal Error DD3D30. It came up with that error message, and a blank, black text box with a flashing white cursor, like notepad, except the opposite colors. I looked on a forum, and found others have had the same problems, and I tried everything suggested on there, none of which worked. Help would be greatly appreciated :) Here is what the other forum suggested: http://gtaforums.com/topic/380310-fatal-error-dd3d30/ I just tried to play another game, and this message came up: 'Could not create the Graphics Device. Direct X is not available. [1002]' I think I have drivers missing.
  3. Wait, if my Windows Installer is messed up, how come I can download other things perfectly fine?
  4. Awwww sh*t. I only got this PC a month ago, it's a pretty high-spec, custom built, and it's already gone t*ts up. Damn damn damn damn. Thank you for your help.
  5. I tried both, and unfortunately neither worked. Any other suggestions?
  6. Thanks so much for helping. I will try that when I next have a chance, which will probably be in around 20 hours' time.
  7. I deleted it from the programs list, and looked through my whole computer and deleted everything to do with GTA, put the disk in, and...... still does not work.
  8. I cannot find a 'Rockstar Games Social Club' file. Should I just delete every single thing related to GTA on my PC?
  9. I did both of those, and unfortunately they made no difference. Is there anything else you would suggest? Sorry for the late reply.
  10. Sorry guys. I have yet another problem. I have just uninstalled GTA after everything got messed up when I installed a siren mod, and when I go to reinstall it, it does not work. I put the disk in, it spins, and the 'Welcome to the GTA IV Install process' box pops up. I click on 'Launch social club' and nothing at all happens. The box closes and it goes back to the home screen. I waited 10 minutes and nothing happened, then tried again 5 times, and still nothing. Sorry to keep having problems, but please help if you can, thanks.
  11. Does that mean I will have to reinstall all of the mods I've downloaded as well?
  12. I have already downloaded that, and I don't know if its still on or not (should be) but when I tried to install it again, if said 'Installation failed. Run setup to finish install' then it said 'GTAIV setup wizard ended prematurely', then it closed. What should I do?
  13. No. You can download it for free here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  14. I have been playing GTA and it has been working fine for the last few days - until I installed a siren mod. After I installed it, I tried to run the game (as admin like I always do) and the starting screens worked for a couple of seconds, then it crashed. I tried deleting the siren and starting again, which went a couple of seconds further into the start screen, then it froze. I have done everything on the list of things to do that is shown before you start a topic many times before, so it cannot be that. I ran a diagnostic and it said this: BEGIN *SIGNED* LCPD First Response Issue Report Diagnostics Tool Version: 0.4.3 Operating system: Windows7 HomePremium (6.1.1.0 Build: 7601) Service Pack:Service Pack 1 System RAM (GB): 7.95 CPU cores: 4 NET Framework 4.0 installed: True Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable installed: True GTA IV - Installed: True GTA IV - Install folder: C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV GTA IV - Version: GTA IV - Asi loader installed: False GTA IV - Asi loader: GTA IV - Asi loader valid: False GTA IV - C++ ScriptHook installed: False GTA IV - C++ ScriptHook valid: False GTA IV - C++ ScriptHook version: GTA IV - ScriptHookDotNet installed: False GTA IV - ScriptHookDotNet valid: False End of *SIGNED* LCPD First Response Issue Report Digital signature: ijHNA9t2wvIy0248StbHMw== I know that it says I should fix it myself, but I already have an ASI loader and scripthook! I checked the GTA folder and they were still there! I don't know why this has happened. The siren mod was the FedSig SmartSiren by Ofc.Chad. Help would be gratefully appreciated.
  15. Ok I had to download the latest version of OpenIV, and that made it work.
  16. I would really like to be able to use modded vehicles in GTAIV, and I am using OpenIV to do so. When I select the vehicles folder in the GTA IV folder, an error message comes up, that says 'OpenIV can not work because important information was obtained from the GTAIV.exe. Please, set correct path to the GTAIV.exe in the OpenIV settings.' I don't know what to do. I don't know where the settings for OpenIV are, and even if doing that would make any difference. I have tried using SparkIV and that does not work. Thanks if you can help.
  17. Sorry for the late reply. I have done everything on the list, and LCPDFR still does not work. Like I said before, the G17 diag tool does not work properly for me. Also the only thing to show that LCPDFR has downloaded in-game is that at the start it says something like 'error in script. Emergency lighting failed!'
  18. My problem is this: I download LCPDFR, but when I run the game and press alt-p to start, nothing happens. At the very start of the game I get and error message in the top-left saying that there was an error in script, something to do with emergency lighting. I have checked all my folders in GTA IV, and everything that should be there is there. I have tried reinstalling it twice, which did not work either time. I tried using an older version, which made no difference either. I tried to use the G17 Media IV Diagnostics Tool, but when I do, it gets halfway through, and then it says 'G17 Media IV Diagnostics has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.' Help would be much appreciated, as I have been trying to get LCPDFR to work for a number of hours now, and I have been waiting to play for months and I only just got my new PC. Thanks

    California Roadtrip

I live in the UK but recently I was fortunate enough to visit California on a roadtrip with my family. Here are some photos from the trip, including law enforcement vehicles and some of my favourite photos. If you would like my Instagram (which I use a lot) or have any questions, please leave a comment or message me. Hope you enjoy them and have a nice day!
