Whats the point of playing without plugins? My 920 ran well with LCPDFR obviously. But once you had the plugins that actually make it playable, it gets spiked down to 30 with breaks. No PC does magic with underpowered GPU's, when corncerning third party pluggins.

Whats their active time policy?

EUP menu is the closest match. You spawn a menu where you can cycle through clothes and character appearances where you can save that outfit later when finished. You can also create various personas.

Although it wont be optimized, you can just change a file name for example "police" to "police2" if you want that model to replace that slot. So just pick a car and replace it with roadcruiser's file name. For those two you'll need to tweak the vehicles.meta file I think. Concerning the list itself, you re looking for a uniformized pack arent you? My problem too. I want certain vehicles like BxBuggs' 1.6 CVPI to have the same skins as my other LSPD unit on a certain skin pack. Despite that, I still have a somewhat good collection of ELS vehicles that are uniformized if you want me to share its' sources. Toronto based tho for LS city. And sheriff department. no, just no... You can play vanilla GTA 5 at a good and stable 40 FPS. Once you install LSPDFR and some plugins, everything goes to shit. You wont even have stable 30 so definetely you need a margin to regard the frame rate lost.

I know this might sound stupid but GTA IV has a more GTA typic kind of energy. Dark and morbid with all the russian gangs and albanians, jaimaicans, irish and all that. Not a lot of glitter like you see in V. Not only in Vinewood. Idk to me even Davis doesnt sound or feel like a dangerous place to be. Now the Brighton beach in LC? Holy crap, you would never say a beach could be spooky. And the weather is mostly grey and peds act more accordingly. You really see the underbelly of LC with alleys, abandoned spots, poverty... to me its a more down to Earth game which for LCPDFR is perfect. And if you dont wanna feel so much darkness, you just go to Algonquin. I might go through all the trouble again to install LCPDFR. I just love the map, the physics and mods. A lot of more animations for example and scenarios The major thing that throws me off though is the optimization. Its just awful for PC good Lord...

Remove "Keep Calm" asap dude. Like mentioned above, a frame rate whore. Go for "Stop Shitt*ng Bricks" instead. You re basically replacing a file so its better

I do have FiveM. But currently with college I find little time to fully comit to a whitelist police RP clan server. I would love to someday tho.
