  1. I stepped away for awhile, alot of personal issues... I appreciate the mention.... send me a PM with exactly what your looking for. Been wanting to hop back in, but just haven't been motivated. I think a more unmarked/under cover pack could be something to motivate me.
    Awesome concept. Cant speak for Opticom because we don't use them in my area, but as far as traffic goes...unfortunately gta ai reacts normally to the way irl traffic reacts, and its aggravating as f*ck. This makes the ai react closer to the way we wish traffic reacts irl. But I do love the concept, and for that 5 stars.

  3. I'm just going to put this out here, If you downloaded any of my packs and are waiting on updates/fixes everything I have been working on is on hold. Long story short I got some personal issues going on, I'm currently going through a divorce. I have updates ready but I haven't touched the game since April to test to see of everything is ready to go, I apologize to every one but real life will come before any game. When I'm back mentally enough to continue I will.
  4. I definitely plan to add it. I already got a big update pending. But for now everthing Im working on is suspended. Personal issues have popped up. Long story short Im going through a divorce. Im just not in the right mental capacity to work on anything right now. Thats due to the limitations of els. you can only have so many extras. Been away for awhile....the creidt are a copy and paste from some other packs. I havent seen one with alpr's yet. Im honestly not really sure, they have been whelen forver, but have seen a few fedsignal prototypes, but whelen cencom would be my guess. all my projects are on hold until further notice. unfortuntly Im going through a divorce and just mentally dont feel like working on anything right now. I have already got these liveries done, and are ready to upload in a future update. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I'm not sure when this will be, I'm going through a divorce and just don't feel like messing with the game right now.
  5. Looks great!!! Was just in Atlanta yesterday and got to see the new livery in person for the first time. It's not my favorite they have done, but it doesn't look too bad. Especially on the Charger, I saw.
  6. I have no clue what could cause that one. Everyting shows up fine on my end. Did you replace a vehicle with it? Looks like the textures are conflicting with another vehicle. Screenshots on the post are from the .dlc I pulled them out and put them in police-police3 with no issues. If you replaced police5 that could cause issues. Also if you just renamed it to overwrite a model in a different .dlc, make sure there isnt a +hi.ytd anywhere. Example Police5.ytd+hi. The +hi ytd's will override textures. Especially if the other vehicle was also a charger. This base model was just released and textures from the older model everyone has been using are completely different.
  7. I have a new update pending. I have included this feature. I'll probably have one in the future. Goal for this pack is to keep the pack as realistic as possible. With them phasing out the remainder of the CVPI's and the Older gen Tahoe's I'd expect to see either a FPIU or Durango popup. With the switch back to Ford more than likely the FPIU, so the idea is already there. I might toss both in to see what they might look like. But that will be after I get all my other projects updated.

  9. Without a carcols it picks up the base game carcols. Setting it at 9 ensures it keeps the headlights on, so you dont have the issue of headlights either cutting off or half working when the lightbar cuts on. With the chargers having actual flashing DRL's rather than an emissive that flashes this affects that. That's has to be something on your end. Thats also a .ytd issue not a .yft issue. I went through every vehicle before uploading and none of them has that issue. I even took a screenshot in openIV. Looks like you renamed it to sheriff18charg. Looks like you named the renamed the wrong ytd or didn't name it exactly the same. When I changed the file name from cpd5 to cpd5s without renaming the .ytd I get the same thing.
  10. That will be an option in another pack I'm working on. I have an unmarked pack coming out that includes the fpiu, and that was one of the plans for them, but for this one the goal is to keep the lighting as close to realistic as possible. As of yet I've yet to see them use that feature. Google gtav limitless vehicles. It will take you to gtav mods to a file that should fix your issue. Most of the time that is your issue, also make sure when adding to the .dlc list that the format of the line matches the rest of the lines in the list. Also if your adding vehicles into ultimate backup and the custom files for lspdfr make sure its in the correct format. That can also cause crashes if something is missing or not formatted correctly. I.E: if you have a % next to the vehicles and they dont add up to 100%.
  11. There is an unmarked version coming. I got an entire unmarked pack I'm working on. Since a few of the cars in this pack are slick-top they will be in at, as well as an F150 based on my IRL truck. I havent been on here in awhile and just now seeing this. Yea there might be a vehicle or two I missed, but in the .els config for the vehicle change where is says "<VehicleIsSlicktop>false</VehicleIsSlicktop>" Make sure its false. I got about 60 els files I been going through changing, so chances are I missed one.
  12. sorry for the late response. I have alot of stuff planned. Birmingham area is one of them. How long it takes me to get to them is another thing. I took a new job at the end of April and they moved me from AL to NC. And my schedule has also changed twice, from working mornings to working nights, and it also involves a lot of traveling. And probably moving to Auburn AL in October with an even crazier schedule. I haven't had a chance to touch anything the last few months. Yes its pronounced the same. Phenix is a Greek variation of Phoenix.

    This pack is still a W.I.P. The lighting is not 100% accurate. I could not find much resource material that showed the rear lights lit up, so I just went with a guess. There is still a few vehicles I want to add to the pack, (Silverado, FPIS, and Slicktop Tahoe) but I just haven't had time to do anything recently. This is an ELS pack and is not compatible with fivem.
  13. Looks pretty good. I actually have the same thing going in game. I'm just too lazy to go through the files and make a pack out of them.
  14. police-police3 are the only solo files. The rest are located in the DLC file
  15. It's dark blue. GTA does weird things with colors. Trying to pull the color directly off the cars made too light. I went darker to try to get a good middle ground, but might of went a little too dark. Different graphics settings will make it look different shades, even time of day. I'm planning to lighten it up in the next update to make it more noticeable. I did need that high res logo from the plate to use on the door. Last one was done by hand and isn't that great. There is a few chargers around that are not painted. I'm guessing maybe wrecked and not painted back blue. I've seen a few unmarked chargers and Tahoe's with people pulled over in Montgomery. I was next to a slick top charger the other day that had a weird light configuration. It had stacked whelen dominators in the back window and a whelen slim lighter in the rear door windows. Opelika post has an FPIU that I see all the time on my way home from Opelika to phenix city that is a solid color, and I've seen a few Tahoe's between Opelika and Montgomery that are solid color. Tahoe's always had trucks pulled over so I'm guessing MCSU. A few weeks ago, not sure if it was for something special but I saw an all blue 16-19 FPIU in Opelika at the police department. I work not too far from the PD, in a rough neighborhood where there is always a shooting. So I do see them more than I would like.... The plate thing kinda is what it is. Unless I changed every police vehicle in game to that plate. There is a few workarounds for this, but one I haven't got it to successfully work. The other means the plate numbers would never change. Fortunately I've never been inside of one, so Im not 100% on the interior equipment. If you could get me some pics of the equipment for my next update that would be awesome. Maybe eventually. There is so many variations out there. I just went with the ones I've seen the most. When ever I get around to the next update I might. Do you have any other DLC packs installed? It not it could be putting you over your limit for DLC's. You will need a modified game config. Thats the only thing I can think of. I just completely removed it from my system and installed it from the zip file with no issues.
  16. Thank you for pointing that out. I went through from my other files doing a copy and paste since I use all the same cars. Somehow I missed that. I'll add it as a separate download soon. Probably wont be fixed in the file itself until the next update. Its kind of a pain to wait on a large file to update and go through the approval process. That just might already be on my list, along with Camp hill and a few other small towns. My goal it to get as much of the state of AL done as possible. Mainly the smaller cities that would probably never get made.
  17. Time is main reason I didn't. This pack started as just my private customizations to the game, and about a year later I decided to improve and release it. Between then and now I went from a job with alot of down time to working 5-12/hr days as well as being on call 24/7. Just haven't had the time to sit down and learn it. I am looking into learning non-els. I think my next pack might be both, I'm looking at a smaller project. After I get the hang of it, this pack might very well become els. Els has a lot of limitations. If google translated properly and with your pictures your asking about why the push bumpers are not solid. I tried to give them collisions, but I ran into an issue of when I did it made it where you could walk through the vehicles. So it was a sacrifice. Cars you can walk through or a push bumper that isn't solid. Wasn't fun when you have another vehicle drive through the center of your car. The fix for this was for me to take the collision for the front bumper and move it out some, but then you run into the issue of a gap between the push bumper and what ever your trying to hit with it. Files are still a work in progress so it could be fixed at a later date once I learn more about how the game collisions work.
  18. should be ALEA pack. I use the same readme for all my files. Forgot to change it up. It's designed to be used with this mod, but his pack doesn't include a fed signal siren. Next update I might add the actual sirens I use so it all matches. Edit. I didnt download his, I just saw the one that had the code3, whelen and powercall, so I didnt know he also had one with a fedsignal. The setup I use has been uploaded and linked above, as well as now a separate file for the default els files. Honestly I don't know. Most of the time when I see them they are working an accident of have someone pulled over. This pack is optimized for Tref A.'s Siren mod, but I made whelen the primary and fedsignal the sirens used in this pack.

    Mega Pack inspired by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. All vehicles are based either on images from google or ones that I have seen in person that patrol in my area. There is a "readme" file. Please read it, it has install instructions. Since this is a highway patrol DLC you will need ultimate backup as well as a mod like jurisdiction+ to fully utilize it. No the liveries are not 100% accurate. Some text and logos are bigger in order to make it readable. Pack includes vehicles listed below, templates to make your own liveries, and red-blue files. There might be some files in the red-blue folder you dont need. I have a standard folder I use. Has both real and lore friendly liveries. There is now a separate file that contains just the vehicle files/ There is 29 vehicles in this pack, some are same vehicle with different configs, so it might be hard on some lower end systems.   20. For some reason its taking longer than usual. I think something might be up with the site, because I just tried to upload another pack and it wouldn't go through.
  21. It was missing the police_hi.ytf file. There is an updated version currently in the approval process that fixes that. Normally takes about 30 min for the approval process, it was uploaded about 20 min ago so should be approved any minute now.
  22. Im having some issues uploading. Once it uploads I'll comment again here, then it will be just waiting on the file approval. Fixed version is uploaded, just waiting on it to be approved.
