    Thanks for letting me know. Don't know how that happened, Must of accidently deleted it. Give it like 45min for it to upload and go through the approval process again and it should be fixed. I got a new version uploading now, along with missing red/blue files.

    Im in the process of uploading the update right now. I see nothing that would make it where it would not allow you to pull cars over. Update should of gone through all the security checks in a few hours, you could give that a try and see what happens.

    are you using it as a dlc or addon? I double checked the vehicle meta in the .dlc (thats how I use it) and they all have FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE in the meta. That would be the only thing that would make it not work. Only other thing is make sure the els files are in the correct location. I do have an update I been working on all week, I'm in the process of finishing it up. It will probably coming out tomorrow. If your replacing a default vehicle, as long as that vehicle is a police vehicle it should work.

    Thanks. I had a huge update for the pack ready to release a few weeks ago, but I had a SSD failure and lost all my files. I been slowly working to build it all over again from the ground up. It should be ready to release this weekend. I'm actually happier with the new pack that's about to be releasing. Added a lot of vehicles and a lot of small details. I even got the new 2023 FPIU's in it. Only problem is they are all sitting at the sheriff's office and have not been outfitted yet, so I don't know exactly what they are going to look like. I'll be going off the the lighting package of the Tahoe's and a few unmarked ones I've seen around where I work. Then once they hit the street updating them.

    Removed my Opelika PD pack and combined it with this. This is just the start of the pack. Will soon be adding Auburn AL Police, and different variations of the cars already in the pack. The OPD portion of this pack is a complete overhaul. The Liveries, Lighting, and Equipment was all completely redone. This is an ELS pack, and will not work with fiveM. For now this is a replace pack. As more vehicles are added it will move to a DLC. Included extras are: Files for Red/Blue lights. (Note: This will require YOU to edit the ELS files and change extra1,2, and 7 to from Blue to Red) Templates to create your own liveries Includes both 4k and 2k versions of both real and lore friendly textures. 2k/real liveries are on by default. Note: If you experience issues with the 21 Tahoe wanting to rollover, it is set for the police3 handling line. You will have to open up your vehicle meta file and change the handling line to police3.

    you have to put <Item>dlcpacks:/rcsopack/</Item> in the dlclist.xml. I edited the readme file and accidently removed that line. My bad. It will be in the next update that is coming soon. I seen a few issues with some textures that dont quite look the way I want them.

    Really want to keep it realistic and stick to cars that are currently patrolling. But I was considering adding an older early 2000's era impala. When Ford I had its issues with fuel tanks on the CVPI's they switched the entire fleet to impala's. But due to reliability issues they switched back after a year or two. I thought I saw an 16-19 fpiu roaming around that they were testing, but didn't get a good look at it. I don't work in the city anymore so I don't see the cars as much anymore.

    That's just an issue with the ELS .xml file. It will be in the next update. Im working on swapping all the parts over on the charger now.

    I think there is an LOD issue with the model. I swapped base models awhile back, and when I checked it in game it was fine. I checked it just now and it was fine. I spawned the vehicle again and I had the same issue with the tires. I spawned every car I have used that base model on and got the same issues. Im about to swap to a way better base model I just purchased. Hopefully will have an update later today or tomorrow.

    They actually are not supposed to be there at all. I think it got left over when I deleted the lights from up there once I saw the cars on the road and saw the correct light setup. Will fix when I get around to it.

    Exactly what Mrsuperx13 said. ASI Support will get ELS and most scripthook mods back working. I do have one or two mods that it isn't compatible with it. Only major downside I've ever had with ASI Support is a noticeable FPS drop. In the City I'll go from around 75fps down to around 35-40 and will drop to around 50fps in the county.

    Actually just added the files to do it. Just find the textures in openiv for the particular car you want to change and select "REPLACE" when importing the texture. Make sure to copy the els files.

    yes they are. stage 1 is rear and side warning. stage 2 is same as stage 1 plus limited front lights, stage 3 is full lighting.

    All except the cvpi. The department didn't start using them until the chargers came out, so the cvpi didn't get one. Most of the 05-10 charger's didn't have them at first, they were added later once the 11-14 charger's came out. Even in the first year or two they didn't have them. In the next update the 05-10 charger and 11-14 charger will have them as an option instead of being default. Ive been thinking about doing another pack based on these but without push bars, but don't know when I'll get around to it. Working 12+ hours a day, plus being on call 24/7 doesn't leave much time to work on these.

    This is a W.I.P. so yes there will be minor issues here and there. The pack is constantly being worked on and improved when I have time. Mega Pack BASED on the Phenix City Police Dept in Phenix City AL. I completely redone this back from the ground up. See below for a tutorial on how to install the .dlc portion by GAMING4LIFE. Obviously the car pack in the video isn't mine, but the steps are the same. There is a readme included. READ IT.... There is information in it that will help with the install as well as a few tips to improve gameplay quality. Due to the number of cars in this pack I suggest using ultimate backup as well as something like Jurisdiction+ so you can use the pack to its full potential (like the ability to have all cars included patrolling and responding to backup). It can be a process but you can have more than just police, police2, and police3 patrolling randomly. This pack will require a Custom Game config and pack file/heap adjuster. They are available on gta5-mods. Google will take you right to them Templates to make your own liveries are included. This is an ELS pack and will not work with fivem. ELS files are included.     looks pretty good. I used to live there a few years ago. Its cool they switched from the red cars. They were different but wasn't a fan of them. Red just seems like it should be for fire not police.

    Sorry I haven't responded in along time. There was one that was a WIP. Unfortunately I suffered a catastrophic PC failure that took out both my motherboard and my SSD. I lost all my WIP files that I hadn't taken the time to backup, including an update to this pack and an EUP to go with it. Because I travel for work I just recently got everything back up and running, I'm currently going through my backup external HDD and seeing where I am with those files. I am going to start back working on it, but with work I'm not sure how much time I can put in right this min.

    do you have any other dlc's installed? You could be running into the addon car limit in the game config. Actually just due to the pack size you could be running into it with only this pack. Try what Im linking if you haven't already used it. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars As far as spawning them, just open the rage menu I believe default if f4 or f5 I have alot of other menus so I changed mine, and type in spawn then what vehicle you want. Ex... Spawn Sheriff5 Was based off this car. Video was before they added the flood light to the front.

    Yes I took it down and reuploaded them, winzip for some reason was not transferring all the files. The file has been updated but has not yet been approved.
