  1. I'm not sure then. The solution Sniper posted should of worked but I guess not. I am not sure what the problem seems to be at all.
  2. I tried on LCPDFR 0.95 RC2 with a fresh saved game tried starting the mod and all islands except the on you start in are still locked. I guess it must of been taken out. But if you do get the trainer like everyone else said then you can unlock them early.
  3. If you have more than 1 HDD slot then go for it, for example I have 4 HDD slots, but they are bigger HDD, 1 TB each. So add more to the slots you have free or replace the HDD with something bigger.
  4. Send me a Diagnostics Report on this thread
  5. That to me is very valid. Especially because your system is currently using ram to run other programs in the background also. You are going to want to update the graphics card and ram for the most part. Also using any mods can contribute to this event also!
  6. Your computer is way to weak to even handle Grand Theft Auto 4 by the looks of it. 2 GB of ram is not enough especially because your system is using some of it also. Also 1 CPU core is not even that good at all. My suggestion is to get a better computer. Also if you have any mods besides LCPDFR get rid of them!
  7. It's called the Diagnostics Tool and can be found here: Remember to run this program as a Administrator and no Grand Theft Auto 4 related things are open!
  8. This is telling you that your out of Video Memory, this has nothing to do with Ram, so maybe your graphics card needs a update, or one of the cars you have are way too high poly, or just simply messing with the game.
  9. No you still won't have access to the full island when the mod is on. You only get access to the full island upon completing the game.
  10. Nice work, but don't double post it's against the Community Guidelines, just edit your 1st post!
  11. At this point you cannot switch any controls on LCPDFR mod
  12. Okay so based on this report what is wrong with your game, because everything seems fine here now.
  13. Okay well from your second report you are still missing a ASI Loader!
  14. Well where are you trying to install the game in Grand Theft Auto 4, or Episodes from Liberty City. Also what version of Grand Theft Auto 4 are you using?
  15. This is never going to happen at all. First of all you can't mod a Xbox 360 as it is illegal to do it. There are a handful of stories on the internet of people being arrested for modding the Xbox 360. It's also against Microsofts Terms of Service to do this, and if they catch you, they will take all actions available to stop you from doing it. I also think LCPDFR was only going to be a mod for the PC anyway, I don't think G17 team and any interests to put it on any other console. I don't even think it's possible either, unless they use their own game engine, etc.
  16. Okay looking at your Diagnostics Report you are good on all your version, c++, and .Net Framework. But I will quote your problem down below on what I've found. This basically means you have no ASI Loader at all, my advice to you is re-install the whole LCPDR mod and try installing it with just the DSOUND ASI Loader. See if that solves the problem at all. Make sure you delete all files related to LCPDFR before re-installing the mod! Now if your Loader problem is solved but having a problem with your cars not loading at all my advice would be to re-install the whole Grand Theft Auto 4, then install the LCPDFR mod, then install what ever mods you had in there before at a time. This will help you find out if it's a mod causing the problem or not.
  17. Glad to see it is working, have fun on the mod!
  18. Did you complete the first mission then? You need to complete the first mission before you can use this mod.
  19. Just start the regular Grand Theft Auto 4 game to play LCPDFR
  20. Something like this? http://gtapolicemods...do=file&id=1833 Or this one http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=477
  21. Can you post a Diagnostics Report with G17's Diagnostic tool please.
  22. Okay First thing you need to do is install Grand Theft Auto 4 patch from 1.0.0.0 to 1.0.7.0 Patch 1.0.7.0: http://grandtheftaut...tch_1070;114377 After you install that patch, install LCPDFR again, but instead use the DSOUND as your ASI Loader instead of Xliveless. When that's done Run Grand Theft Auto 4 as Administrator, then play the game. To activate the mod in game follow the following steps: To activate the mod press ALT - P Go to the nearest police station by you. (Marked as a police badge blip on map) Once in the police station go to the room straight ahead to pick your officer Once you pick your officer leave the station, pick your cruiser, and you are all set!
  23. To play in cop mode do the following: Press Alt - P to activate the mod Go to the nearest police station (Marked as a police badge blip on map). Then enter the check point. One in the station go to the room straight ahead and you will be prompted to select a character. (Select Character) Once you're done with that, exit the station, pick your car and you are ready for patrol!
  24. For the Diagnostics Report make sure you are running it as a Administrator and anything relating to Grand Theft Auto 4 itself make sure you close it. As for DSOUND it is recommended to download that as a ASI Loader. First post the report so we can see the problem from there.
  25. I owe you a big thanks! I never seen this site before. + rep for you!
