as the the title of this topic says when ever i go near the red circle to even attempt to go on duty i crash. ive had GTA IV working fine before with lcpdfr installed. here is my log

    Your computer is way to weak to even handle Grand Theft Auto 4 by the looks of it. 2 GB of ram is not enough especially because your system is using some of it also. Also 1 CPU core is not even that good at all. My suggestion is to get a better computer. Also if you have any mods besides LCPDFR get rid of them!

    i found the solution to my problems. i had a ambulance and a cop car sitting in my car save. i thank you for the help anyways. i am running GTA IV without any problems with my mods.... lcpdfr, els, ivdashcam, and some car mods

    even though i only have 2gb ram
