These decals were created to honor a fallen State Trooper who gave his life to save others. Trooper Ellis observed a wrong-way driver heading towards another car on the road, so he put himself in harms way and drove into the wrong way driver head on. Both Trooper Ellis and the driver were killed. He gave his life so that others could live. He answered the call. He will forever be remembered as a Hero.

Greetings. I am Komo, I originally created an Allentown police Chevrolet Impala decal and it didn't come out too well.
I have now come forth with a remastered version of this decal, learning from my prior mistakes.

That being said, it is finally here. They have been finished for a few months now as well as a lot more of the Allentown police fleet and other Allentown emergency vehicles. Do expect those but not sooner. 
 
The installation for this decal is straightforward.
Batch one and two can be used for any file your impala is in. (Police, Police2, Police3, etc.)
Batch two doesn't have all slots full, so you're able to improvise to your liking, you could combine batch one if you'd like. 
If you have two police slots with an impala, you can use batch one for one of the impalas and batch two for the second impala.
Installation Instructions: 
1. Using OpenIV, navigate to your "Mods" folder in the GTA V Directory.
2. Go into Update/X64/dlcpacks
3. From here, go into any of the patchdays that your impala would be located inside of. Make sure to navigate to the Vehicles.RPF
4. When you enter the vehicles.RPF, make sure to look for the file that the impala is in, (police, police2, police3, etc.)
5. Hit "Edit" on OpenIV.
6. Make sure to double click on the .ytd file of the impala and look for "impa14_sign_1" through 8, and replace the file with the matching texture names in my batches.

I apologize if my instructions were not clear enough, I did not include how to exactly get into the vehicles.rpf as many of you would have it located in different spots, so this is to avoid confusion.

Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

MANUAL INSTALLATION :
  Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory. In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( it is advised that you use your mod folder instead of vanilla )  Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and  select the 'Vehicles.oac' save and you're good to go. Respond Code 3 !   OIV INSTALLATION :    OIV INSTALLATION : 
1) Run OpenIV
2) Select Tools > Package Installer (Located on the toolbar at the top)
3) Locate 'Modern Siren Pack.OIV'

Royal San Andreas Police
(RCMP Based)
 
This pack is based off the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. This pack, along with all my other things aren't designed specifically for a single vehicle pack but rather the most commonly used models. Now if anyone knows which 2016 Explorer model is going to prevail as the most common, please share as there are many different models currently out there and I am unsure which ones to keep skinning and which to start working with. Now let me tell you, there are so many variations on the RCMP scheme that unless you are basing it solely off of one provinces version, you will never get an 'accurate' skin. This pack is supposed to be a general look and is mainly a cross between BC and Alberta RCMP variations of the scheme. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. I have noticed a few modellers have changed the name of the texture for the model, say for example, from chrg_sign_1 to chr2_sign_1, for most models I have found the skins still fit but you will need to rename the files accordingly. 
 
Please respect the amount of time taken and do not re-upload or rip off.

I couldn't find anything like this so I decided to make this as they're nice cars and I've seen them in real life and they are pretty cool. I was going to work on a Pittsburgh Police livery for Officer Goetz's St. Joseph County Indiana Impala [found here] until I saw Take Two Interactive's 'attack' on OpenIV and pretty much the modding community as a whole for the GTA franchise. So, in frustration and angst, I instead created a livery specially for Take Two...it's my middle finger to them. 
 
On the other side of the coin, I will be getting to the Pittsburgh Police livery for this Impala in the near future.
