I first started by updating my game and installing LSPDFR 0.4 however, the game would always crash before startup. So I did a completely clean install of GTAV and the same thing still happens. I set all plugins not to load and start in windowed mode and the game launches fine but only after I start up my computer for the first time. After it crashes, it will no longer launch anymore. I can sometimes get it to launch if I turn off Windows Defender completely but other times it won't. I have never had a problem with RagePluginHook before and anytime it crashed it would be because of a plugin but now I can't seem to get Rage to work properly. Regular GTAV launched from steam works perfectly fine. I cannot figure out why it would launch sometimes and not others. I also don't know why, if it is my antivirus, it would pick it up now as I have used RagePluginHook for years and have never had a problem like this. Any help would be appreciated. RagePluginHook.log

Games Crashes When Getting in Certain Vehicles
TactileBiscuit4 posted a topic in GTA V & RPH Support
My game will crash when I try to get into some modded vehicles. It only happens when I try to get into Sherrif2, FBI2, and pranger. For some reason I can spawn the vehicles but when I go to enter them, it crashes the game. It's not the mod because I have tried multiple vehicles and still doesn't work. It doesn't work for any vehicle in those slots. I use NaturalV enb and realistic vehicle handling. If anyone knows why the game would do this, I would appreciate the help -

Beloit Police Dept Texture for 2016 FPIS Legend

@JaiTheGamer58 Use paint.net, its way better for this stuff and it's completely free. It will actually allow you to produce better skins. DON'T USE MICROSOFT PAINT ANYMORE Also, just "busting your ass" isn't a defense against feedback you don't like. Lots of people "bust their ass" in life and don't produce good results. I am not saying to stop making skins because this is a step in the right direction because it's actually a skin. It's just not a good one. You just need to practice making skins and make them accurate to the "real-life" pictures you provided. Please before you upload, just take the time to compare your skin to the department you are basing it off of. This skin is just a bad skin, but at least its a skin. Keep making ones like these and use them for personal use while tweaking them, you don't have to upload every skin you make. You have to learn to take criticism on your work no matter how much time you put into it. -
Beloit Police Dept Texture for 2016 FPIS Legend
TactileBiscuit4 commented on JaiTheGamer58's file in GTA5 Mods Vehicle Skins
@JaiTheGamer58 Well to improve it, the "thin blue line" going across the side of the vehicle is supposed to line up with the door handles, which it doesn't. It's also supposed to end before it reaches the tail lights, which it doesn't. Its also supposed to be rounded at the end, which its not. The text is not at all correct, its the wrong color, it has a white outline, when its supposed to be black, and its not at the proper angle. Overall it is just a bad skin. What photo editing program do you use? Plus your "petition" is going to need more than just 100 signatures. -
2 Stars because its not just a solid color with plates, other than that fact the skin is not close to the pictures you have shown. Now I am not going to berate you on your terrible addition to the modding community on this file because it's at least a step in the right direction. However, you have to still make quality skins and this is not one of them. Just curious, what program are you using to make these skins?

Unmarked Light Blue Texture w/Bracket
TactileBiscuit4 commented on JaiTheGamer58's file in GTA5 Mods Vehicle Skins
I mean, not really. There are barely any downloads and you would be better off just releasing a transparent texture with the bracket so that people can change color in game. Your other skins are fine, but these ones are just worthless and the only people downloading them are probably the new people who don't know how the textures work yet. -

It doesn't seem to be working with police vehicles, I tried to install a vehicle in police, police4, and fbi2 and it just reverts to the cars I have installed in my rdesheriff dlc pack. If I delete those vehicles from the rdesheriff pack then it reverts to the vannila vehicles. I checked the dlclist file and the modding dlcpack is at the bottom. I installed a vehicle in place of the tailgater in the modding pack and its showed up fine.

THIS PACK IS NOT ELS COMPATIBLE AS OF YET! The reason you are seeing the bumpers and all that flash is because ELS uses extras for the lights and these vehicles have non-lights as extras. The author has not made this pack ELS compatible yet. I made this bold so other people may see it when scrolling through.

I like the models, however the wheels for the 2016 FPIU are way too small. Plus I absolutely hate the lighting setup. all blue except one red, and two yellow in the back just looks terrible but you did say that it was accurate to the real county's setup so I won't dock you for that, that's just my opinion.

Galls ST240 Street Thunder (Siren Mastery/10 Tones)
TactileBiscuit4 commented on QuentinJericho's file in GTA5 Mods Audio
I just don't see the point of uploading before you have a video, i get that a video takes a little bit of time but just wait to upload your mod when you have a video. I just see so many audio mods on here where they don't upload a video at all and have no plan to, at least you planned to. I am not knocking the mod or blaming you for being busy, it's just something I see a lot on this site. -

Yeah, I wasn't going for accuracy because its hard to find real-life samples that match the GTAV sounds since the length of the new file has to be the same length as the old one and its just 7 secs of inclining acceleration without any gear changes and that's hard to find when dealing with muscle cars because everyone just punches it when they are demoing it. I might be able to use the video you provided though but I am not a master sound editor. I just wanted to change the default sounds because I was tired of not hearing the engine when punching it.
