For offline you have two options. 1. Replay the story. 2. Use a save editor. For MP just call for Merryweather support, kill the mercs and steal their car.

Well, i wonder if someone could make the following vehicles with the Standby SOS9000 lightbar. 2007 CVPI, 2009 Taurus and a 2006 Dodge Charger. THE ALDERNEY STATE PATROL. I am here to present the new Alderney State Patrol (ASP) cars! For too many years the ASP has leased cars from the Liberty City Police Department, but at the annual ASP conference they said they have bought in a new fleet of cars, consisting of the following vehicles: 2013 Vapid Stainer, 2013 Vapid Interceptor, 2008 Bravado Buffalo, 2012 Bravado Buffalo, 2013 DeClasse Granger 3000X and the 2012 Cheval Fugitive. Their new cars will be painted in a white colour with red and blue stripes. To paint and mark every single cruise, the total cost lands at 22.500.000 USD, and including the cars the total amount of money the taxpayers will have to give is around 13.41% of Mongolia's GDP.
