Not only small kids vandalizes controllers, at our school (Grade 7-9, 13-16 year old kids) we have a kind of place to hang out in the breaks and after school, where we have 3 Xboxes. I sure can tell you that each and every controller is damaged in one way or another. Some even don't have the the thumb sticks left. Quite hard to play with just a, like bump-ish thing instead of a stick.

Oh, try moving the left or right stick. If I remember correctly, it's one of them. I could be wrong though.

On controllers, you would have to press down the left stick, but it is not well placed, because it is also the horn/siren button.

IIRC, Zmod is the ONLY program that can export in WTD/WTF adn the other GTA IV Formats. And most people use Adobe Photoshop or GIMP, but me myself uses paint.NET because its easy and free.
