Best modeler for making gta iv cars?

hi i was just wondering what you think the best modeler for making police cars would be, because ive used zmodeler before but when i would export the vehicle it basically corrupted the file and wouldnt work in game?

 

and what is the best program you use to make really good skins with you know like the 5 star skins?

IIRC, Zmod is the ONLY program that can export in WTD/WTF adn the other GTA IV Formats.

 

And most people use Adobe Photoshop or GIMP, but me myself uses paint.NET because its easy and free.

I use paint.net for making skins bud.

Anything free is good :)

i use paint.net too, but can you maybe link me to some fonts and things that can help out because if you check this link out it shows im not too good at it
