This is ridiculous. From what I see, the guy stepped out with his hands up and they fucking shot him. If he had stepped out hands in the air and then quickly reached into his coat or pants, then the officer would be justified in shooting. But for fucks sake, this guy had his hands up and the cop was a few feet from him!

I came across this video after watching a scene from the movie Rampage, the one where he goes on a massive killing spree, and this came up under related videos. LOL this guy is bad ass. Anyone see this movie or Rampage?

Looks and sounds interesting but I see this being like that mod for Arma 3 where only Admins and his buddies will be the only people to role play as cops.

It says one officer is in critical condition so let's hope for the best for a speedy recovery.

And the follow up... It's good that this guy is helping him out, but I kinda agree with some of the people commenting. It does seem like he's exploiting this guy for the views and to boost his ego by recording everything. I believe that if you're really helping someone out of the kindness of your heart then you shouldn't be showing off to the world trying to get approval and praise from millions of viewers which in return you get paid for for monetizing. When you were using CryENB, did you change the other emissive to a higher number? The one included is pretty low.

Yeah that's not how it works. They come in, hand you papers, tear your whole home apart and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. Oh and once they're done, they leave your home trashed and a mess. I for one am against this whole spying on everybody and it is our right to have privacy. I can't stand how everything comes with a freakin camera built in now such as tablets, smartphones, tv's, handheld gaming systems. You could be watched by someone right now on either of those devices and you wouldn't even know because there are ways to hack your cameras without the red led turning on. I usually put something over the front facing camera on my devices to block any pictures or video being snapped or recorded. And certain keywords and phrases that you look up can get the police knocking at your door or put on a watch list. I'm concerned about this because I occasionally look up GTA IV and GTA V mods, Police equipment, cars, guns for ideas for mods and what not or graphic videos on liveleak and they might consider me a threat, which I'm not, but if they ever did come knocking on my door with a warrant because of what I have been searching for, then they could just go into my home and do whatever they wanted and that's fucked up.

Found this... Very disturbing. When I hear in the news someone was killed, it doesn't really hit me.. but when you see images of the scene and hear the live calls on the radio, it hits me hard. All I seem to ever see spawned are the slicktop models, the one with the lightbar is hard to spawn. Is this a bug? How can I make the lightbar model to spawn more frequently??

I hope there is, or if a skilled modder could make a script that lets cars burn for however long you want before they will explode or keep burning infinitely.

Well unfortunately they still do blow up within 5 seconds, when the back tires catch on fire. It's just annoying because then there's a big chain reaction of explosions one after the other. Is there a way to disable the car from blowing up once the back tires catch on fire? They explode too fast.

Alright but I want cars to catch on fire and burn for a longer time. Does changing those values do this?

Make the amount of people in a group dynamic. Could be 10-20, but not to exceed the maximum before FPS loss. This is what I'd like to see: 1) Peds holding signs (probably stop/construction signs with new texture) can be moving in a group or gathered in an area, such as the museum or in the middle of the road blocking traffic. 2) Unruly peds start fighting with each other 3) Unruly peds tossing molotov cocktails randomly. Maybe one is carrying a weapon and randomly start attacking police 4) Unruly peds throwing people out of their cars and beating them up 5) Cars on fire and burning and do not explode. Blown up cars spawning randomly and on fire
