uhhh for vista..lemme check...are you using any software? webroot, avg, norton etc?

thats possible..what id do..is remove the auto installed version...disable your security program and try the manual one..its just highlighting everything and dragging it over to the gta directory and make sure this is installed http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653& also youre not an inconvenience!!!! i had to learn this shit the hard way!!
