I figured out what it was. I was playing GTA IV before Battlefield 4 and I forgot to close it and it was running in the background, just minimized. Oops.

I believe that NB over hyped it in the features video, shoot i just watched it and heard him say "you may even see cops on a traffic stop" uhhh yeah i havent seen one ai cop in a traffic stop have you? And i just downgraded to 95rc2 and boom my texture loss was gone! God i hope for an update..

Well, I guess first versions of any big releases like this will have issues. I guess as long as logs get posted and it helps the devs pinpoint where the problem is coming from, we can say that it certainly isn't for nothing and helps the devs figure out where issues are occurring from quicker, which I guess helps save everyone time and prevents more headaches!

Yea backups are really important especially if you're going to be modding a lot of textures using ENBs and such. I've tested about 4-5 different ENBs and only about 2 worked with my setup so it just depends on whatever version of GTA you're running. 
 
1.0.7 is best if you're wanting to play mainly LCPDFR and 1.0.4 is good if you just want the best version of ICEnhancer and just like playing the GTA campaign.
