  1. You can change the flash order using ELS by using the U, I , and O keys in game. Or change the INI file to default to a certain one.
  2. You have ELS installed but is the vehicle your using ELS enabled? some vehicles are not els enabled and the "extra" that ELS looks for won't be there. If you do not have els and a non els car ususally use the / key on your num pad in order to get the lights to turn on. If you do have els and els enabled cars use the "J" key by default to cycle through the modes from TA to Wig Wags to Code 3
  3. I think you need to attach the actual lights themselves together from the two different bars in order to get it to be correct (Connect extra 1_L0 from roof bar to extra 1_L0 of the visor bar)
  4. Need a screenshot to better see what its doing.
  5. What I usually do is select quad highlight the entire lightbar (Including L1's etc.) then select Scale and Hold the left shift key and click and hold and drag the mouse.
  6. Maybe something isn't placed in the Hierarchy correctly? Its little things sometimes. I tend to just give up and rebuild the model over again
  7. Hey Guys, Been working on a templating some vehicle models and I got all of them done but notice something. When I go to open the doors and/or the hood and trunk area they open up but they are not right. For example the hood and the trunk lid show Way up in the air above the car but when I go to close them they show fine on the model again. When I open the doors they get sucked into the car body and when I close them they look fine again. I can take a picture if I didn't explain it well enough but does anyone know how to fix this issue? I haven't noticed it at all but I think it is happening when I use dummy helpers to help build the model more (Example being I get the model and it says boot and then within the boot it just has boot [collision]. So I create a dummy helper and name it boot and then change the original boot to boot_L0 and move in into the dummy helper named boot now, then I move the boot [COL] out of boot_L0 and into the dummy helper boot). I'm just guessing I haven't given it a try yet but figure it has something to do with the dummy helper? Never mind I solved this. To help anyone in the future that might run into this. The reason was because of the dummy helper placement. I have to place it near the door it is by its pivot point so that the door opens correctly and not into the model itself. Thanks for reading. Hope this helps anyone else as well.
  8. Hey hey you made it. Good Job!

  10. Hey everyone. Having multiple problems with my Zmodler. My First one is obvious as the tool bar is stuck past a point to where I can reach it. Second is the Scene Nodes Browser is gone as well (The Hierarchy toolbar. And yes its checked marked) Any idea how to like reset them to a default location or get them back so I can drag them? Thanks.

Hello LCPDFR I've been a lurker on here for a good 2 years now on and off. I've never really uploaded any content that I make because I'm a little intimidated by all the great work I see on here and didn't want to get overwhelmed with negative feedback and when first starting off the models were kind of simple and nothing special about them. BUT I decided I would release some models and why not start off with my Current Single Player Fleet Vehicle Mod Pack (I am a member of the Liberty City Emergency Operations Group and created there fleet of vehicles as well) (This is not based on an actual Police Department or a fleet. Just a creation of my imagination). In total there are 10 different vehicles to choose from. Things to note: I have a very slow PC (I get about 12 Frames Per Second when Recording. The only time I hit 54 is when I see the loading screen of GTA 4 lol). So I don't have any fancy EMB installed or Fancy High Poly Cars as my PC can't handle it (I think the highest Poly car is 150k and that's the Chevy Caprice). If you download the pack and want to make a video to share with an emb for me by all means I would really appreciate it. I have a preview video on YouTube right now but IE and copy and paste don't seem to want to work on here. Handling lines are included for the cars that I had them for. They are suggestions. Change as you like :) Last I am terrible when it comes to Photo Shop and I hate using Paint.net as it looks like a 5 year old painted a car with it. I've included templates for all the cars for you to use and make your own creations/police fleets to share with the LCPDFR Community (All I ask is you not re upload the Vehicle Model) Hope you all enjoy :). Vehicle Fleet: Ford CVPI Slick Top and Non Slick Top Ford Taurus Slick Top and Non Slick Top Ford Explorer Slick Top and Non Slick Top Lincoln Navigator Non Slick Top (There are no unlocked for Expeditions so just used a Navigator and created and mapped a template for it) Dodge Charger Non Slick Top Chevy Caprice Non Slick Top Chevy Tahoo Slick Top http://youtu.be/BBWekw97Qso
  16. Looks Awefully Familiar :P
  17. Simply Beautiful work this EMB looks AMAZING!!!
  18. So I'm totally lost here but looking to do this lol. Would I take the texture from like an example a roof light bar that I have on the car and just put the light over the dashboard gauges? I show that it would only be the light texture and not necessarly light up just the lights that I want illuminated. Also I detached the gauges from the chasis of the car so I could have it separate and then attached a headlight to the dash lights with no luck there either. Basically I'm trying to get it to do this (I know i'm not the best at explaining what I am trying to do lol) '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Or like this one: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  19. Perfect exactly what I needed to know. Thank you.
  20. Hey everyone had a question been trying to search for an answer with no luck. I'm looking in my Open IV program at my Vehicles.img folder. I notice that a police vehicle model I downloaded's WFT file size is smaller than the WTD file size, Is this going to be a problem with the model in the game such as SMPA60 crash codes? I only ask because I've notice with all the other default models that the WFT file is bigger than the WTD file size. Thank you in advance for you help/input.
