when i start playing GTA and start recording with fraps, sometimes it will record for 30 seconds then stop other times it will record for 4min or 2 min then stop, my record key is F8 which doesnt do anything in GTA as far as i know, and and my FPS display is F6 and that does nothing either so IDK why i have variable recording times.... any help?

when im playing online and i do lcpdfr everytime i get dispatched to a call and hit Y to respond it opens the chat, i tried using my trainer to turn it off but its still typing when i hit Y

so i got my new computer, installed all the goodys except ELS and downloaded 2 non ELS vehicles one is the police CVPI and the other is the police2 dodge charger i imported the files using Spark IV and they showed up in blue police.wtf police.wtd and then i did the second one, same thing came up in blue and said police2.wtf police2.wtd when i started the game only the police2 vehicle showed up, i figured eh no biggie and downloaded ELS after test driving LCPDFR then i got a new els vehicle and the files were police2.wtf police2.wtd then i hit save>rebuild>save>GTA EFLC (run as admin) game starts and same old non els cars. so i quit and check the Spark IV vehicle models and and look at the Police2.wtd and it shows the vehicle i downloaded then go to EFLC and go to vehicles and same thing shows the one i downloaded. so what happened?

well for one its windows 8 which sucks from my one day experiance before returning it and for two it doesnt list anything about the GPU

i like the mic except it is unrealistically low i usually have mine on the first un-buttoned.... button i guess sometimes the second if i'm eating or if i'm doing a lot of FIRS (field interview reports) but never the 3rd or 4th that's just way to hard to key and for dispatch to hear you. unless you pick up the mic but that wouldn't make sense, that's why you have the mic, so you don't have to grab your radio.

whats keeping me from going on high setting? the video card still? what if i nock down the processor a little to the AMD Phenom II X4 960T Quad-Core 3GHz AM3 Processor to save some money and go higher on the video card, to the nVidia GeForce GTX650 1GB DDR5 2-DVI/HDMI PCI-EXP Video card which is one up on the nVidia and higher than the ATI Radeon HD 6770 1GB will that give me the High settings?

Actually... you have no place to say that, because there is only one LCPD (not counting other GTA's) we don't see multiple agencies in GTAIV to base that those push bumpers are LCPD specific, in which GTA V backs me up on, that these push bumpers are in fact not department specific. shall you look at the picture again?

push bumpers are not department specific.... at my Current department I'm with (real life) we use the Setina LED Push Bumper and the last department i was with we used the same one. so it doesn't matter

note im still looking for something that can run GTA EFLC not on low setting but rather on high or medium like the videos you see on youtube. i want to be able to have road textures and ped textures.
